did not work with dongle at all. I tried everything to make this work and every forum I went to for help had the same issue. Just get a nicer headset. Dont waist the time or the money.

129 dollars for these is absolutely insane. Audio in game is at best okay. Audio in discord is AWFUL. Bluetooth constantly disconnects. Terrible headset and a terrible price!

Canceled service I have used their service for years but they no longer have good service. Spent all day and never did get help.

They didn’t work for me! Just coming out the box they were working fine, but when I went to press the EQ button settings, my game started lagging immediately and I tried in multiple games and different times maybe it’s a defective one or they have a bug. I tried resetting and turning it off but same outcome had high hopes for these.

Bought them because of the reviews from the base model. The pro should be better right? I dont know what R&D was doing but when your in a group chat the audio gets weird like your in a different room. Then theres the constant disconnect from my bluetooth adapter. I cant honestly recommend these. Great if you want to just wear headphones while not gaming but these fell far off from expectations.

Says it works with Nintendo Switch, but we tried 3 different versions of these and none worked.

Fine for a cheaper headset, It disconnects a lot and the audio tends to mess up quite often. Will be upgrading from this shortly.

That is not the item that was in the box, I got scammed and don’t have the time to drive an hour and a half to get it fixed.

It’s an okay headset if you’ve already had turtle beach.

I usually buy turtle beach headsets, my last 3 headsets were TB. This time i decided to buy Razershark. I feel razershark has a better quality material in their product. Aside from the high quality feel of the Razer headset, the sounds and mic are more than good enough. I am happy with my purchase, i would more than likely buy Razershark agaik or maybe try out another brand that i have not tried yet

Good headset, but not the most durable. Purchased in December, and it didn't survive the following Summer. The clamp that suspends the wires on the side of the headset aren't built to last, and after enough regular usage they will begin to chip, eventually breaking apart completely, leaving sharp plastic digging into the side of your head. Thanks Razer! Instead of paying triple-digits, buy the cheaper, almost identical wired headset for $40 to soften the blow of having to buy another headset when this one inevitably clunks out on you.

Higher quality than other more expensive headsets that I have purchased before.
