I use this at work to make VOIP phone calls. It works awesome! The mic does a great job of filtering out all the noise in the office so sound quality is really good. None of my clients have complained about office background noise while I've been using this headset.

I love Razer.. But I had issues with the Nari THX and the Nari Ultimate with creating echo in chats with PS4 and PS5. These are amazing sound quality! Not as good as the other 2 but amazing! And they do not create echo! That’s huge!!

I bought these thinking they work with the Xbox which they do not. Slightly disappointed but the sound quality is amazing

These were a gift to my son who says that the sound quality is excellent and he loves the fact that he can choose between wireless and plugged in.

These things are awesome! The sound quality is amazing, I feel like I am in the game, and my team mates hear me loud and clear, easy to set up easy to charge and easy to use, I love them sooo much!

Where to start. Im somewhere between 1 star and a four star review. The analog control on the side of the headset is cool, but in reality the hardware they used is crap. To have the headset at full volume you turn the dial back 1/8. If this was the only issue I could live with the headset but sadly it is not. The Drives/firmware of the headset is awful on windows. I had to turn off the THX surround sound. It can not figure out how to handle multiple applications. What I mean by this is; ill be alt tabbing and it'll be switching from "gaming" to "audio" to "Movie" depending whats on the 2nd monitor or idling on the TV above my workstation. Coming from a owner of many logitech gaming heatsets and one Corsair, I wanted to try something new with the Razer to broaden my horizons. The Razer Blackshark is not a bad headset but it does not warrant the high price tags of the comparable logitech wich offer a much better value for the buck in my personal experience. Maybe I would have been better off trying the highly rated Sennheiser's. This headset will do but if now secured for a good sale its not worth it. I will live with these headphones.

Great sound, disappointed that it requires its own dongle rather than Bluetooth pairing, limiting its utility. Can't use with my phone.

Good mic but you can get better for less or the same amount. As for the sound, it’s pretty flat and I can’t seem to fix it in Razer synapse.

These are the best "gaming" headphones I have tried so far. The audio sounds good, and I am told the microphone sounds decent as well. I have not experienced any issues with the wireless connection, and I have been able to use the headset with both my computer and a game console without issue. My favorite "feature" however is the lightweight design. I am able to wear these for extended sessions without discomfort to my head, which was not the case with the other Logitech Lightspeed headphones I tried. Only cons I have are that the build quality might be a little worse than the Lightspeed headset for example, but I am happy to trade that for the lighter weight. Also, this headset charges via micro usb, which is fine but I would like to see Razer switch over to usb c for fewer charging cables. Overall though, I am very happy with this product and it comes highly recommended.

This thing sounds crystal clear in bass and treble. Easy volume location too that is easy to locate because the knob is huge. Nice design even for someone with big ears like myself.

loud, but not that loud. I use it mainly for WZ and you can definitely hear the footsteps but I feel like other sounds get drowned out, I'm coming from lower end Turtle beach headset with super hearing tho. I Would still recommend these to anyone. Also they are very sturdy!

At first I didn’t think I liked them, but once I got my brother to help me I love them. My voice sounded really bad to them so we played with the output sound and now it’s great. I love how light they are.

Bought these for my BF who likes to play war zone . He says it’s actually really good, it has a volume knob on the side with a mute button as well. The sound quality is good.

My new favorite headphones and I have tried them all. We will start with build quality, simple metal wire design that has worked well with tactical ear pros and pilot gear for years, this thing can take a beating, comes with a carrying bag. Fitment is great with a enough bite over the ear where it wont fall off so easily for you salty rage players out there, very comfortable and breaths well. Mic is removable and sounds good, better if you tune via Synapse 3 app. Battery life is great, I have had this for awhile now and can remember only charging it a hand full of times. THX support with games I actually play like Apex is great, while apex is kinda broken, this headphones sound amazing. Simple and easy to use button layout, power on, mic mute and volume knob with a center notch.

Most comfortable headset I've owned so far. Only problem when I first got it there was a beeping noise come from headset like battery low but was fully charged. Lately beeping noise has gone away.

Great flexibility with these and the devices it is capable to work with, this has been a great addition to our current gaming set up and allows more active engagement when playing online. Additionally these are super comfortable and do not feel heavy at all.

Really good sound quality. Really good mic quality. For this price range you can find ones with either a better mic. Or better sound. But in this price level it has the best balance of quality of both. Others I’ve tried in this range had either better sound worse mic or vice versa.

The metal prong to adjust the height of the cuffs is practically the same thickness as a paper clip, mine has not bent ywt but i am extremely careful with it whenever i change the size.

This headset is very nice! Sound cancelling so I can’t hear my girl in the background, stream quality mic so my friends have no excuse to not hear my callouts and sound quality is even better. I noticed the difference right after plugging in!
