Excellent. Set up is easy and the surround software is great. The mic sounds very full and natural and the headset overall sound quality is very clear and realistic.

The headphones were really good, i love them but they just pressed down on my ears a bit too much so after a few hours of use, my ears would start to hurt. plus adjusting the headphones can be a bit annoying too. but overall, the sound quality is pretty good! i love the volume nob on the side and being able to pause and play music using the power button can be very helpful! wish they didnt bug my ears so much though!

This headset is great for sound, however you sound terrible when speaking. Everyone complains i sound really low or am in a fish bowl. I tried every fix online and should have checked other reviews besides Best Buys and i would have found out this is a known problem. The range is a lie, the headset was giving me trouble in Discord every time i would start my PC. The PC and Discord would recognize the device but it still would not work. I am definitely going to return these and have found Razer's Wireless Mics are terrible, I tried the Nari Ultimate as well. This coming from someone who has Razer everything, I would just stick to their Wired headsets.

Its a wonderful headset the inky downside is its jot bluetooth enabled which would be great for the pricepoint but overall amazing quality

Purchased these today and I've been using them for about 8 hours. I would recommend this product, it's great! Install/setup Very easy, I plugged in the WIFI USB chip and it installed it and, I must say the setting at default is really great! Comfort They're lighter than other headsets I'm sued to, they are not bulky in any way. They feel very sleek and premium. Pads are soft and there is nothing that causes "pressure" anywhere. The pad also suppresses background noise really well! BIG + Sound I'm far from a sound enthusiast, but heck, the sound is crisp and clear. Really happy with Razer's software. It changes the sound properties depending on if I'm playing games or watching movies.

Best headset for the price. Fast and painless connectivity every time. Great gaming and movie audio quality. Effective app interface with EQ and lots of customization options!

Good quality, really comfortable, couldn’t get the Bluetooth to work on my computer for some odd reason.

I was not a fan of these headphones. I ended up returning them. The sound through the ears was good but wearing them for an extended period of time they were not that comfortable. Also, everyone that was in game chat said my mic sounded terrible. Even after adjusting every Mic setting i could find.

I’ve been in need of a wireless headset and this headset excels my expectation Capable of great sound configuration in Razer Synapse and perfect for overall use. Heavily recommend

Very comfortable. Mic is not that great though. It can come unplugged fairly easily and can fall back away from your mouth.

I love them. I use them wirelessly for work. I currently work from home and all my previous headsets would tangle up or start to get shorts in the line. The only issue i have is that the headset will disconnect if I don’t have many calls in between to save the battery but unfortunately I could miss a call because of that. Besides that i love them.
