Other than that they have amazing sound and mic quality. It does come with a warranty through Razer as well.

When I got back and plugged this headset up to my computer using the wireless capability, it was horrible. My sound was very awful and my friends said that it sounded like I was in a fish bowl in Discord. I went in and made sure all drivers were up to date and they were. I had changed some settings to improve the sound on both ends and no change. I then decided to just plug the headset into the laptop using the compatible cord and it was an instant change and sounds were much better on both ends. I still had to change some settings to make the sound better on both ends. Basically the wireless portion of this is horrible. If you are looking for a true wireless headset this is not the one for you.

I got this because all my setup is from razer, I even tried adjusting the settings on razer synapse but the mic is not good at all.
