I really liked how they were wireless. Wish they would’ve worked with my remote work.

I bought the white one. It’s gorgeous. The mic and sound quality out of the box is not impressive, until you tweak the EQ in Razer Synapse. Comfort wise, it’s top notch. However, I wish there are “level” on the adjuster metal wires for earcups like other headsets usually do, to balance both earcups without having to eyeball and check the earcups are actually balanced. But this issue is minor. The big issue is the power button is loose and gives off a rattling noise when you walk or move your head. It’s super annoying. Another issue is the microphone is extremely loose. It bends so easily if you move or shake your head. It does not stay in place. It has a gorgeous design and fantastic EQ options. It’s a shame the build materials are not as great for a hefty $180 headset.

Really liked this headset. Can hear everything clearly and my friends can hear me without saying "what?" every 5 minutes like with my previous headset. Also really like the design.

comfortable headset and has a good build quality and style. I was not a fan of the sound at all. It was not the best out of the box and I was not the biggest fan of having to EQ it to be able to hear footprints. I returned this headset and got the hyperx cloud flight s and i couldn’t be happier.

This head set it perfect, you just have to make sure you charge it. It will keep beaping in your ears

Awesome headset. I’ve owned over a driven models over the years from $50 headsets to $900 headsets. Without a doubt the best I’ve used.

Only thing I would change is the aux port location to be more convenient. Otherwise it’s great.

This headset is great. Volume is strong and the wireless functionality works well. Some active noise canceling would be the only thing I’d ask for.

They were okay while they lasted. Seems like a lot of products that used to last a long time and worked really well are now just expensive let downs.

Headset worked just fine until we lost the wireless usb dongle. Unfortunately Razer doesn't have replacements available and Best Buy can't help because they are proprietary. So now it is just another wired headset. Rather expensive for not being able to replace parts. Won't be buying Razer again.

Great gaming headphones! Been playing with these for a week now and I don't regret it one bit. Under-priced for sure

Bought the Razer, for gaming and it has failed nor dropped a signal yet. Its ok to wear and is pretty durable. If you bare a gamer this is for you

Razer BlackShark is perfect for gaming. Fits well on the ears
