I have had the headset for almost a month now and so far I dont have any problems. Before buying this headset I had the first generation of the same headset for almost 2 years and the problem with that headset was the battery. Now using this headset I can tell the mic improved the sound quality improved and the battery improved. I will give a 10 out of 10 rating form what I used so far!!!

Very comfortable with great sound quality. Most headsets over the ear sit uncomfortable on my ears, these are very nice even for prolonged periods.

[Employee of bestbuy] These are the most comfortable pair I have ever tried on. I have lots of peircings on my ears so it’s a little hard to find headsets that sit right without irritating them. These don’t bother me at all even with earings on. They’re very easy to use and set up. Only downside for is the dongle stopped working so i have to use bluetooth which i dont mind.

So far I have loved this product, it has incredible audio & a much better mic than my previous headset. The versatility of having wireless is great. I can also swap from devices with a simple button. Love them!

Perfect sound, perfect quality, Big battery, very comfortable

This was the headset I compared other headsets to for YEARS... Comfort, Battery life, sound quality, looks, it was all aces for me. Until I noticed that the same little piece kept breaking... On not just one... Not two... But five different iterations of this headset (Replacement plans are awesome btw). The choice by Razer to make alone of the most stressed portions of the headset (the piece connecting the ear cup/speakers and the metal adjustable arms for the headband) out of thin plastic is beyond me. The SAME piece broke the SAME way every time. And this was just with standard use (on and off, minor adjustments, hung around back of neck, etc).

Greatest headset I’ve had, ever, hands down. The sound quality is so great, I can feel the vibrations in my chest, my cheeks, jaw, so nice. I know which brand to go for when I need another gaming accessory. Comfortable wearability, no scalp dents from it, not too tight, just right.

This headset feels very sturdy and is very comfortable to use. Especially the sound can be customized.

This headset is amazing, mic is just right where your party isn't gonna hear you eating food but they'll hear you clearly as soon as you start to talk, very good bass and highs/lows too for just listening to music. Battery also lasts a very long time after just one charge, haven't had to recharge it for 4 days now.

The THX sound is amazing. Bass is very good when listening to music. Battery life is amazing. by the time I need to charge it its only because I remembered its actually running off batteries. Typically a day and a half of heavy use. When I do plu git in you get a very quick charge

Very comfortable and light weight. Audio and mic quality are great for gaming on PC. There was a noticeable difference from my previous headset.

Best gaming headset I've owned personally, but I do tend to go with Razer product. Quality and sound is really good. And most importantly for me, the headset feels extremely comfortable when worn as I use glasses and it doesn't give any discomfort.

This Razer Blackshark V2 Pro headsets is absolutely phenomenal!! Not only is this headset the most comfortable but it has so many sound setting features!!! I would suggest this headset for any gamer that is looking to take they gameplay to the next level with optimal comfort and sound!

Great headset for gaming! Overall soundstage is decent but mainly what sells this for me is the overall general performance. Sound quality is nice although the bass can be muddy, the sound report is excellent for pin pointing sound locations in game and the mic quality stands alone atop the headset game! Definitely recommend!

These are by far one of the most comfortable over ear headset Ive purchased so far at price range. You get options to save your preferred sound settings and connect to multiple devices, sound and mic talk back are clear and loud. Highly recommend this product to anyone who wants a headset with all in one features.

I’ve had this headset for a good month overall if this headset breaks I’m not trying a new one I know what I like and long lasting battery, custom equalizer settings, wide range bluetooth, good mic, never getting another kind of headset this is as good as it gets

Really Good, Battery life is long, I charge it like once a week. Mic is very good for a headset. My only problem with it is that the Headset itself is not comfortable for my head. (May vary) It doesn't extend a lot on the sides. That's my only issue with it.

First off the headset is really comfortable. It fits snugly on your head, and it adjusts to the perfect size. The microphone is really good quality, i ran a test with my $400 mic, and i couldn't hear a notable difference. And you can connect it to your phone, or other device. Which it why i love this thing.

I love these. They sound great, they feel great, the mic is pretty decent, they're very comfortable. However, I am on pair 3 now because the plastic pieces on the left and right side where the wire goes into the headpiece break.

I really like it overall. mic is good, sound quality is good. It has good range. Ive been using this headset for years, using the insurance to replace it every 2 years. Even after 2 years , the only real reason to replace it is the wireless range deteriorates after a while of normal use. Very durable just make sure to tweak the mic settings with the razer software. If you have dolby atmos , these headphones work really well with it.
