This Headset is great except they should have left the volume knob alone, Now for the problem the software is so glitchy you never know if they are going to work correctly. The mic is great when working normal sometimes it has a tendency to sound like your moving the mic away from your face and then back constantly. In audio settings it adds two choices Blackshark Razor V2 Pro and Blackshark Razor V2 Pro (BT) stereo, guess which one works, seriously and once you figure it out next time you use them it may need the other one. Bottom line be prepared to work for the great sound

Have had this headset for a couple months and so far it’s been really good. Every time I play with new people I’m constantly getting asked what headset I use because the mic quality sounds so good. I recommend it

My partner loves these headphones. Before, he had some of the older wired Razer headphones, and they had their fair share of connectivity issues and audio input quality issues. These are a fantastic upgrade! He'll typically charge them every 3 days or more, and he uses them all of the time. In comparison to other top BT headphones, these are by far the best ones we've tried!

The sound is great, detachable mic is awesome, sound nob works great. There is little to no sound leakage from the real world with these on.

I actually had to return these out of the box unfortunately. I had the 2020 version and they were phenomenal. I think I just got unlucky but otherwise I would’ve got these again
