Works great audio is nice and clear mic quality is amazing imo the battery life though is where it’s lacking it says 70 hours but I didn’t even get half that on a full charge might just be my unit but still lookout for that

Works good, does drown out a lot of external noise. Can talk with people and hear them pretty clearly when in other rooms from the Bluetooth stick. Would recommend if your set up would be better with a wireless headset

I use this 5 out of 7 days a week and only have to charge it up 2 to 3 weeks apart. only issues is the voice saying power on and off is not good and might need to adjust the eq for best audio and mic settings.

Constant issues all around mic and sound. in game explosions sounds will disable the entire headset mid game, it just ruins the vibes. The mic will randomly stop working for days at a time. The headset and mic sounds phenomenal, but the constant issues with connection and distorted sound are not worth the trouble at this price point. Disappointed because I recommend this headset to multiple friends before the issues and now we all share the same issues. 2/10 do not recommend.

These headphones are great for comfort, and portability. That's basically where the good things end with these headphones as the sound quality is HORRIBLE. I'm not sure what happened with a past Razer update but these headphones sound absolutely terrible. No matter how much you change the EQ settings, you genuinely cannot get crisp, good audio. I've had the HyperX Cloud II's for 2 years for $70 (half the price) and they sound so much better for whatever reason. These headphones are not really worth the price, they charge for comfort and features. Unless you've never had any other headphones before this, maybe then they'll be fine, but other than that please don't pick any headphones from the "BlackShark" series as they all have the same muffled, horrible sound quality.

I have always been a Razer fan, never went to wireless prior to this. The clarity is awesome. I do podcasts with this unit and it sounds great on the play back as well.

A nice upgrade. You can tune it on the PC app to your preference and it does a nice job doing so. The mic is very crystal clear. It even gets the deep tones off my voice.

Definitely recommend these over the older versions Best mic quality you can get in a gaming headset for this price. Easy connection to synapse allows users to control equalizers and sound modes.

Good headset! I’ve had it for about 3/4 months now sometimes the mic makes a cracking sound but other than that no issues and awesome battery life!!

Great headset for value. My husband uses this for online game play and the mic works great and the headset cancels out any unwanted noise in the background
