Best headset I’ve purchased that’s Bluetooth and usb connectivity. I can go from my Pc to my phone to another device etc pretty seamlessly

Had the astro a40s before using these and will never go back. Love the features on pc being able to change all the different modes or create your own

This is a great pair of headphones, so why the low rating? Because I have had to swap these headphones twice due to firmware update. On my third pair I decided not to update the firmware and they work like a dream. Now I will have a warning to update my headset on synapse so be sure to be okay with that. The fact that I bought these three times says something but don’t do it’s firmware update because it will brick your headset.

They don’t get loud enough for you to feel like you in the game or movie. The sound is very clear. The mic picks up every background noises and voices. They are extremely comfortable.

Great product. Better than any pair I’ve owned before.

Easy to use really good quality and audio not the best mic

The surround sound with the headphones is really nice however it only supports a limited number of games. If the games you play are not aupported it will sound like plugging in a standardbset of headphones that you vaould buy for a fourth of the price. If you do want to biy these verify what you want to play is on the list of supported games or get the arctis pros for the same price

The mic sounds great, audio on the other hand is ok

Best gaming headset on the market works great for pc and ps5

This headset is very cheaply made, I'd recommend the logitech g pro x wired or wireless way more than this. after about 3 months the brackets on the headband broke, another 3-5 months and the brackets completely fell off, had to hold it together with tape which made them uncomfortable to use 3/10. For the money I can't recommend these at all.

I used these for my pc and have zero issue with them.
