This headset is actually much better than expected! I was in need of a new headset due to my old one being pretty old already. I watched quite a few reviews online prior to my purchase and gotta say that they hype around these is actually well deserved. The sound quality is really good and perfect for my needs, just wish it had a little more treble since it is a bit bass heavy even with eq djustments. Where the headset truly shines is the mic, it is very good. So much so I started using this headset for work calls. Definitely recommend it. Only downside is that it is not compatible with Xbox but thats more Microsofts fault. Works perfectly on everything else.

Amazing headset. Only issue is there is some interference sometimes woth the sound. I dont know if its my set up or what but besides that its super comfy, sound is amazing, and easy to adjust.

Ive been using the SteelSeries Arctis 7 for over a year and while it does have a game/chat dial, it microphone was always really lacking. The sound quality required a good amount of EQ in the SteelSeries GG software to fine tune it, whereas these headphones sound fantastic out of the box. But i cant stress this enough - the microphone on this new blackshark headset is close to a dedicated dynamic mic with interface quality. Its so clear and crisp that my friends on discord could tell immediately how much better my voice sounded.

Very comfortable and battery is great! I was worried upgrading to a wireless headset woule not be worth it but it is definitely one of my best gaming purchases!

they're great for what they are but honestly, is it gonna cost that much more to add an aux port? i would very much like to be able to use these with my meta quest or a pc handheld without having to take up my c port with a flash drive sized receiver. no usb c audio either no wired audio of any kind frankly shouldnt be called "pro" if you dont care about that than these are fantastic, i will also note i replaced the ear cushions with wicked cushions but i'd do that with any headset huge upgrade

If you need a high quality mic, these are a great choice. Bluetooth is a welcome addition although not simultaneous, it's there if you need it. I thought I would get more "enjoyment" from the on the fly eq presets but you're likely to set it for what sounds good to you and forget it. 70hr battery is beneficial. I also did not have any connection issues. The reason why I returned these was COMFORT. Clamping force is TIGHT! The first 30 mins or so are great but a very noticeable pressure on the top of my head, under the ears on the jawline and the earpad seam HURT! Bought Nova 7Ps. Now I'm satisfied.

Good wireless gaming headset and the mic sounds great compared to others.

This is an upgrade from Razer Man O War a comfortable headset but heavy and big. The Razer Blackshark V2 pro 23 is mad light and the sound is as good as my previous headset. It’s comfortable and easy to adjust. I wear glasses and it’s still comfortable but it can get hot but that’s only when I use them in combination with my VR headset. Also the Bluetooth is good but you can only choose one audio source at a time. As for the mic it’s awesome one of the best. All and all it’s a good headset.

Overall good, but has a glaring design flaw in that the dongle keeps the headset alive in windows even after turned off, so windows will still think it should play through headset. This is a huge design oversight that forces you tell windows manually to switch back speakers when you turn off the headset. You can get around that by connecting via Bluetooth but then you lose most of the presets and features.

Exactly as advertised and good quality. I would highly recommend them and the sound is excellent. Built very well and the microphone is excellent.
