I love this headset but it has a fatal flaw. The piece where the thin metal rods meet the plastic brace are fragile. Mine started cracking a few months after I bought it. Today, it completely fell apart into 4 pieces of plastic. Unfortunate - I love the sound and microphone on this headset.

Great headset with the 2023 upgrades. The mic sounds WAY better and usb c charging is a welcome change.

The 2023 edition of the blackshark v2 has been a very good headset since purchasing. You have to break it in a little for it to start fitting comfortably, but after that its barely noticeable while wearing. The wireless mic quality is also much better on this version and has worked without issue for the 2 or so months ive been using it

Amazing and worth every penny. They pretty much just plug and play. Plus the app they want you to download allows you to customize your sound anyway you want.

I feel like this product is good but i can’t really tell because the application and programming to use it is so complicated. Maybe because I’m used to Corsair. I tried to switch cause I’ve heard good things but I’m going straight back to Corsair.

Excellent sound with easy to use software. Stays connected to dongle and phones Bluetooth at the same time.

Im not a fan of “gaming headsets” as I personally use studio headphones, like the DT990 Pro. But I bought these for my sim setup that I have connected to another PC and I start to realise gaming headsets have come a long way. The audio quality obviously can’t compare to the Beyerdynamics but it’s not supposed to. The mic quality is also super impressive for it being on a gaming headset. Best headset on the markrt right now if you need a 2 in 1 system

My partner loves these headphones. Before, he had some of the older wired Razer headphones, and they had their fair share of connectivity issues and audio input quality issues. These are a fantastic upgrade! He'll typically charge them every 3 days or more, and he uses them all of the time. In comparison to other top BT headphones, these are by far the best ones we've tried!

I’ve had these for a couple of months now and they work very well. They sound great, the mic is very good and they hold a charge for a long time. I only have to really charge them maybe once a week. The only con for me is the Razer Synapse software that is required. It’s buggy. Sometimes it opens, sometimes it doesn’t. Otherwise a very solid purchase.
