A nice upgrade. You can tune it on the PC app to your preference and it does a nice job doing so. The mic is very crystal clear. It even gets the deep tones off my voice.

Mic just wouldnt be recognized. Headset was good and comfortable but with no mic it kinda defeated the purpose.

Pretty comfortable and nice sounding headset, my family games a lot and I got it for my son. He loves it! Easy to set up. No issues so far. 10/10 would recommend.

This thing is the Mercedes of head sets !!! It's sounds amazing and is very comfortable . The battery life is as advertised worth every penny i spent on it.

Very nice, Battery level is longer than origianl sound is great very convenient having Bluetooth option. Cport def a wanted upgrade. I have the previous version it was a nice headset as well but loving the upgrade

I do prefer Logitech, but they have poor mic's. You will not make mistake if you buy Razer-BlackShark V2 Pro. They are easy to use and to be honest sound is great.

Before I updated them, they were absolutely mid-tier. However, the e-sports EQ mode was relatively crisp. After the update, they began to show real promise showing voice clairty in party chat and audio is clear and crisp.

Very solid head set for pc gaming .. nothing you bring to work and listen to . Battery life averages 60 to 66 hours . The microphone is very good . Once you download the razor synapse . The direction sound is amazing

The surround sound with the headphones is really nice however it only supports a limited number of games. If the games you play are not aupported it will sound like plugging in a standardbset of headphones that you vaould buy for a fourth of the price. If you do want to biy these verify what you want to play is on the list of supported games or get the arctis pros for the same price

Wireless so no cables get in your way. Good sound quality. Mic quality is crystal clear. I had a of Astro A50s and the paint started peeling and the plastic broke. RAZER IS BETTER
