You have a gift card or credit of at least $50. At the time of purchase this was $200. I wouldn't pay that much for headphones unless it's for compatitive purposes. I bought it with my credit card points so it was not a big deal. The headphones are really good honestly. Very responsive and the battery is amazing. I can play for days without charging them. The only bad thing I would say in my opinion is that the puffy thing that comes with the microphone attachment falls off really easily. I mean with a slightly touch and it's on the floor already.

Sounds so good I flinched at my own footsteps. Now I can hear my teammates’ bad decisions. Comfort level: forgot I was wearing them. Battery lasts longer than I do in games. Enemies loud. Me proud. Crisp audio. My excuses are gone.

I mainly play FPS games, and after adjusting the EQ settings on this headset, I can hear in-game footsteps with incredible clarity—giving me a huge advantage in matches. Plus, the account sync saves my settings, so even if I switch computers, I don’t have to reconfigure anything. The comfort is unmatched—by far the most comfortable gaming headset I’ve ever worn, no contest. Highly recommended!

The sound quality on these is really good. Audio is crystal clear, I can understand my friends pretty clearly over Discord and the mic is also not bad - it doesn't pick up everything in your room, just what's right up on the mic. Good product all around! For those wondering, yes there is a USB fob that plugs into your computer - this has some pretty clear sound when it's connected that way - but it also does Bluetooth if you want to hook it up to your phone or a laptop.

Pretty good mic quality and very good sound quality only had them for a bit but so far very comfortable and I see no signs of wear.

These are the most comfortable pair I have ever tried on. I have lots of peircings on my ears so it’s a little hard to find headsets that sit right without irritating them. These don’t bother me at all even with earings on. They’re very easy to use and set up. Only downside for is the dongle stopped working so i have to use bluetooth which i dont mind.

Nice headset for gaming, keeps charge super long when playing 8-10 hours a day. I didn’t have to charge it for a week. When charging it you can also play your games. It usually takes about 3 hours to fully charge.

This is headset is probably one of the best headsets I bought in a while. The noise canceling makes it so I can barely hear any outside noise to the point where I had people yelling at me at my doorframe to get my attention. The sound quality is so superb too, I swear I can hear the smallest of things in game. The Mic quality is surprisingly amazing for a gaming headset. It’s not standalone mic quality but it’s pretty close!

I was standing in the store with $700 in store credit to use. I have logitech g935 7.1 surround sound, wireless, headset that I was using at the time. I was looking for a set with compairable quality but louder. I looked at google reviews for headsets and this one came up as best at the time. It is not. The sound quality is good but they are not actual surround sound. The volume is good but there is no indication of front or behind noises during game play. These should have been listed at half of what I paid for them. $200 for a non surround sound headset? I went ahead and put them through thier paces. They are great for stereo music playback, the battery lasts a long time. The mic is good. Overall it is a nice headset but no where near as good as the Logitech 935. They may be louder but the bass isn't what it should be. I will not be buying overpriced Razor gear again.

I actually had to return these out of the box unfortunately. I had the 2020 version and they were phenomenal. I think I just got unlucky but otherwise I would’ve got these again

The Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) Wireless Esports Gaming Headset offers decent performance. My voice quality has noticeably improved, as my friends on Discord have pointed out. The headset is comfortable to wear, although it does have some weight to it. However, the Razer Synapse software is a complete disaster. It's bloated and forces you to install unnecessary components, which is incredibly frustrating when you only need the drivers. The Razer Cortex and Central software are useless and just add to the bloat. To make matters worse, the USB connection frequently drops, especially when using a USB 3.0 port or a USB hub. For better stability, you'll have to resort to a dedicated USB 2.0 port, which is ridiculous for a modern device. Overall, while the headset itself performs well, the terrible software and frequent connectivity issues make it hard to recommend without reservations.
