These headphone are perfect for my gaming needs. The quality of these headphones blew me away. They are super comfortable to wear and adjust easily for me. I would highly recommend this headset to anybody looking for a good pair of headphones.

Razer continues to lead the headset market with another great addition to the BlackShark line. First and foremost, this 2023 version makes vast improvements to the mic sound quality. The mic is improved so much that it is now up there with the best of the best wireless headset mics in this price range. I use this headset for work. It integrates well with Microsoft Teams and provides a rock steady connection over 2.4GHz, with the included dongle, for conference filled workdays. Between conference calls, it provides excellent sound quality for streaming music. As someone who listens to music at home through Sennheiser HD6XX headphones and Schiit amps and DACs, I am surprised how good this headset sounds on a 2.4 GHz wireless connection to PC. It is more than satisfactory, perfect in fact, for office music listening. For the other reviewers having issues with connection, I am not sure what they are doing. Perhaps they have interference from WiFi or another wireless device, or are connecting the dongle through a USB hub (which is not recommended), but I have not experienced any connection issues over the 2.4GHz dongle connection. I would recommend using the included USB extension cable to bring the wireless dongle to the top of your desk in line of sight, and that should ensure a solid connection, if you are having issues. Finally, battery life. I have been using the headset pretty heavily for 4 work days and am at 50%, so that's pretty good to me. That is all 2.4GHz. Battery life would probably be even better on Bluetooth, but sound quality both in and out would suffer a bit. For those who haven't experienced the other variations of Razer BlackShark headsets, you are in for a comfortable experience. The entire BlackShark line is incredibly cozy and just disappears on your head. By far some of the most comfortable headphones I have worn, period. I have a huge head (size 7 3/4 hat) and have no problem wearing this headset all day. Even my big ears fit comfortably inside the soft earpads. Construction and feel are high quality. One last thing I'll say is that reviewers like to deride and express their dislike of the Razer Synapse software. This seems to have become gamer community rhetoric at this point. If you are a gaming device reviewer you have to comment on how you can't stand Synapse, regardless of it's many improvements in recent years. The fact is, out of all the poor gaming peripheral software out there, Razer is not that bad. I have way more trouble with Logitch GHub, which won't even open more than half the time, or SteelSeries GG which is incredibly disjointed and slow. If you stop and take a look at the whole market, Synapse has more configuration options, is better performing, and easier to use than the competitor's software. One key feature it has is the ability to assign mic mute to any button or key on any Razer device to mute your mic Windows-wide, at a system level, which no competitor can do that I'm aware of. The RAM usage is a little higher than the others, but most PCs these days have more than enough RAM where this is not an issue. I highly recommend this headset for anyone looking for a good, do it all headset.

Can’t believe how great the mic is compared to my other gamer headsets I tend to have in the past. First time using, my friends were already mentioning the mic quality. On top of that, battery life is insane.

We got this just after Christmas and my son LOVES them! He usually has a problem keeping on headphones but these are super comfortable. The sound quality is well worth the cost. Will use for a very long time!

An excellent headset, the audio quality is great and the build quality is superb. I can wear it for an extended period of time and it does not feel uncomfortable. I love that they incorporated a button to switch between the audio modes seamlessly.

These have awesome sound quality for a headset of this price. Comfortable to wear also.

Nice long lasting battery life with a usb c cable for fast charging sound quality is about what you’d expect nothing life changing but nice pre fab eq settings. Overall solid 4/5

I absolutely loved this headset for the first few days that I had it. It sounds pretty good, especially for Razer, and the Mic is darn near unbeatable for a wireless headset. Unfortunately, it lacks the comfort needed for long play sessions. It took about 2 hours before the pain creeped up on me, and it wouldn't stop even after I took them off for minutes at a time. For me, it's a deal breaker at a $200 proce tag. Fortunately, with Best Buy Total, you get a 60 day return period, so I was completely covered. If you've also come to the same conclusion as me, I suggest you look into the G Pro X2 from Logitech. The mic is a downside, but is an improvement everywhere else. :)

The noise cancellation is amazing on these headphones. 70 HOUR BATTERY LIFE!!!!! That's insane and true. I still haven't charged these headphones, and I had them on for 2 days now 10/10 must get.

Very comfortable to wear for long periods of time as they are light weight. Battery lasts for long gaming sessions and I charge every few days. EQ settings transfer from PC to the PS5 which is amazing. Highly recommend.

This is a really great headset. It is super comfortable and sounds awesome. The sounds are really clear and it is really nice being able to tune the headphones to your liking or to the game you are playing

I actually bought this gaming headset for work. I work in a call center and was in need of a good headset for work. This headset is not only comfortable, but the microphone and audio is amazing.

After trying over 15 different headsets this one is hands down one of the best out there. I had the gen 1 and upgraded to this one. Better audio profiles and better sound this is one of the loudest headsets I have ever used all the other ones failed in comparison. You can hear the footsteps so much better and quickly determine where enemy players are.

Comfortable, mic sounds great, audio is good, and software is user-friendly and useful.

The surround sound on this Razer wireless headset is good. I can hear every sound detail in the direction it is coming from. I like the different modes you can put the headset in for games, movies, or music. It is easy to connect & disconnect. Battery life has been really good so far. I can have the headset on for hours and still feel comfortable on my head and ears. I’ve been using this headset for 3 weeks and haven’t found any issues with the quality of it yet. We’ll see how long the durability will last. Previously coming from a Hyper X headset, this is an upgrade.

I’ve used several different headsets. These are so light and so easy to use and have a good range and sound great. I think they’re the best for the price.

Genuine surprise from Razer who for the longest time has been known for questionable sound and horrible mics from their audio products. Im happy to say the audio is both solid and customizable. And the mic may quite literally be the best I've ever heard from a headset, it's not even close! Importantly for me your audio adjusments (EQ bass etc.) Are saved on the headset itself so you can enjoy a consistent audio experience across different devices like using it between PC abd PS5. The audio can be adjusted on Synapse and there pretty deep customization for both the audio and the microphone.

I’ve had hyper x, steel series, artics this is by far the best of the best it so loud I can’t even play at max volume, to the customization to sound quality this is the best set I’ve ever owned razor did amazing job with this one
