You have a gift card or credit of at least $50. At the time of purchase this was $200. I wouldn't pay that much for headphones unless it's for compatitive purposes. I bought it with my credit card points so it was not a big deal. The headphones are really good honestly. Very responsive and the battery is amazing. I can play for days without charging them. The only bad thing I would say in my opinion is that the puffy thing that comes with the microphone attachment falls off really easily. I mean with a slightly touch and it's on the floor already.

Watch out for the fit because it was too tight for my head. I went with the Arctis Nova Pro and that fit just right. It’s a great thing Bestbuy has returns. Sounds good though!

This was and is one of the best light headsets gaming headsets you can buy. The microphone one of the best. the only issue for me was the hinge, it broke on me.

Extremely comfortable for long hours. great sound and audio. Best for PC gaming becuase it needs the razer updates and control. Still works great for console in wireless or wired.

The product is a solid set of headphones for the price point. The only issue that I run in to with them pertains to the sizing mechanism. Many times I find myself having to readjust the headphones because they end up becoming loose on my head. If there were a locking mechanism to hold the sizing in place, that would be very beneficial. Other than that the overall quality and sound are fantastic.

Little Pricey, but does its job. Great Quality in terms of the mic comfort level. Other headphones I couldn't wear them for more than 30 minutes before hurting my ears.

The sound quality on these is really good. Audio is crystal clear, I can understand my friends pretty clearly over Discord and the mic is also not bad - it doesn't pick up everything in your room, just what's right up on the mic. Good product all around! For those wondering, yes there is a USB fob that plugs into your computer - this has some pretty clear sound when it's connected that way - but it also does Bluetooth if you want to hook it up to your phone or a laptop.

The sound quality is okay at best, but the mic is great. After some eq tweaking, the sound gets better, but not as good as many of its competitors.

This is the first more expensive headset I purchased and it’s been a great experience for the two months that i’ve had them. The greatest part is probably the microphone, which is incredibly clear and has not given me any problems at all. I just wish the app for this brand actually included this headset, because you aren’t about to equalize the audio yourself unless you connect it to a PC. There’s only some presets that are available, which are okay for the most part

I bough these for my son to use with his gaming PC and Game consoles. He really enjoys them and they work great! great sound quality.

Pretty good mic quality and very good sound quality only had them for a bit but so far very comfortable and I see no signs of wear.

Pretty good for the price. Mic is amazing and the sound is decent for wireless gaming headsets. However, as many others have said, there is a bit of white noise when there is no sound playing through the headphones. I think it's a pretty minor issue, but others may find this very annoying/unusable. Unfortunately, updating to the latest software did not fix the issue. Also, not big fan of Razer Synapse.

The headset sounds great after using razer synapse to adjust settings, terrible audio via Bluetooth. Everything works well now, but I had a horrible experience trying to resolve what was referred to as a robotic and lagging mic in Discord party chat when playing games. My reason for purchase was to fix a mic issue with a20s, and dealt with the same problem for 3 days. Ultimately had to uninstall and reinstall razer synapse before it would allow me to update the headset itself (only the dongle updated in initial setup I assume).
