I have looked up how to resolve this issue but everything I find is 2 years old and only suggests updating drivers. I have checked using razer synapse to update and maintain the drivers. The audio always sounds like its cutting out whether Im watching a video on YouTube, listening to music on spotify, or talking to people on discord. It all sounds horrible.

Mic quality is crystal clear. I had a of Astro A50s and the paint started peeling and the plastic broke. RAZER IS BETTER

Coming from the Steel Series Arctis Pro's i had my concerns about switching to this brand but they have outperformed all my expectation and i recommend them to everyone!

Audio is superb connection is great.plus the Bluetooth option is great so you can take calls or use music on your phone too.
