I purchased this product and returned after a few days. But I’ll just say a few thing to those who really read and care. This is one of the greatest headsets on the market that is currently available. Microphone, outstanding. You won’t even need to get separate mic so your fellas can finally properly hear ya. Sound is great very much as well. Bass is on level, and you got equalizer to play around too. But after wearing them for a few hours my head started to hurt, I’m wearing glasses and I have oval head so it’s really tough for me to find the right headset. Please try them before purchasing and I very much hope they will fit ya. Unfortunately they didn’t work so well for me. But still one of the greatest headsets for about ~$200.

So far so good. Great connectivity. Haven't used them for gaming yet, but editing videos and what not the quality of sound is definitely there. Overall pretty comfortable as well.

Awesome headset for gaming.. Charged when I first got them and it's been two weeks of daily use and still going. Others say how clear my voice is and they sound great. Verry comfortable after several hours of gaming. Definitely recommend.

They are pretty decent nothing special but I will say I’ve broken 3 some how in 3 years so that’s why it’s a 3 star. Audio is good, mic is okay, battery is pretty good, and it’s comfortable on my big head.

Very comfortable and sleek design. Love them minimalistic look along with. It's lightweight design makes it a very hard to beat headset. I definitely do think the mic is definitely worth spending the few more dollars.

Solid microphone for a wireless headset. Clamping force is a little high for me, having to take them off occasionally. Noise cancelling ear pads work well. Wish there was a little bit more bass. Even with EQ through synapse I was not able to get a decent bass sound. Would also be nice to have more options for ear pads like velour for those who want them. For some reason, this version has a different ear pad replacement system than the previous models. Bluetooth connectivity is nice although it would have been nice if it was simultaneous bluetooth. Overall decent headset with a microphone that is hard to beat when going wireless.

These headphones were great! I switched from a wired heaset and the convenience of wireless is certainly worht it. The headset feels nice on the ears and the mic quality was much more clear than my old ones.

I don't have many complaints with this headset. The mic is probably one of the best headset mics I've had. The comfort is good and the sound quality is too but I've seen better before. The only bad experience I've had is that it won't allow me to connect this to the razor audio app on my phone for some reason, but I could still adjust settings on my laptop. In this price range, it's easily one of the better options out there, especially if you get it on sale.

Was able to ship it to my house within 24 hours and once it arrived, I tried it on and it was incredible. The comfortability is 10/10. Volume control and the audio is absolutely amazing. Also the mic quality is great. Personally one of my best headset choices I made.

Great headset! The Good: - The cups are large, which is nice for me as I had issues with the Arctis Nova Pro cup diameter being too small but these fit well. - The MIC! Easily the best sounding headset mic I've ever used. This sentiment was echoed by everyone I was in chat with via Discord or in-game chat. - Sound is pretty good, an upgrade imaging-wise from my older Arctis 7's. - Bluetooth connection works but is a toggle type, NOT simultaneous. Easy to switch over to an incoming phone call though, then back to the game. - Volume knob may look kinda goofy hanging off like that, but is MUCH easier to find and turn during gameplay than the more discreet wheels on other sets. - Sidetone is decent! The Bad: - Wireless dongle connection was the worst of any of the headsets I've tried so far. Works well for a bit, but definitely experienced jitters/info drops during gaming sessions. Sidetone would stop sometimes and not resume until I opened Synapse. One time after muting the headset, setting it down and coming back to it about 5 minutes later, I could only get full sound out of the left earcup when un-muted. When I pressed mute I'd get full sound again. Had to remove&replug the dongle to fix. - The earcups slide down the yokes EASILY. I found myself constantly fidgeting with them to keep them in place. - Cups are large, but shallow. My ears touched the drivers and the set was uncomfortable to use for more than 20 minutes. I thought maybe if I got some different pads that might help like on other sets, but as of today I can't find any different pads for these. Wicked pads even said development for this 2023 version is pretty far down the road, so nothing is imminent. - The cups also get hot. I'm starting to think this is true of every modern headset, even with upgraded pads. Can't find anything as cool and comfortable as my old Arctis 7's yet. - When switching back to 2.4 from bluetooth there is a decently loud 'pop' that isn't pleasant to hear. This one is minor, but still we're talking close to 2 bills for this headset and I just expect better performance. - NO CHAT MIX. This one is kind of the biggest deal breaker for me. Steelseries has the Sonar software that can act as a digital mixer for you to route chat, media, etc. so even if a Steelseries headset doesn't have chat mix on the hardware, you can still do this via software. The BlackShark v2 Pro 2023 does not support this in either hardware OR software. Razer Synapse has some EQ options, but no mixer. The headset shows up as only one input and one output in Windows audio settings. Final Opinion: I would definitely recommend these for the price. If you don't want to spend $250-$350 on a headset, and find the earcups comfortable enough for extended use, these will serve you really well.

THE GOOD -Best mic available on a gaming headset -Excellent battery life -Strong wireless connection (Bluetooth and 2.4) -Comfortable for long wear -Gaming sound profiles and awesome surround effects The BAD - The volume randomly dropped approximately 20%. (after power cycle it'd be back to normal for awhile then drop again). Returned... Just not worth the hassle.

If you need a high quality mic, these are a great choice. Bluetooth is a welcome addition although not simultaneous, it's there if you need it. I thought I would get more "enjoyment" from the on the fly eq presets but you're likely to set it for what sounds good to you and forget it. 70hr battery is beneficial. I also did not have any connection issues. The reason why I returned these was COMFORT. Clamping force is TIGHT! The first 30 mins or so are great but a very noticeable pressure on the top of my head, under the ears on the jawline and the earpad seam HURT! Bought Nova 7Ps. Now I'm satisfied.

    Great Headset with some flaws

TL;DR; Great headset till it broke. used the store warranty to get a new pair. Chose the same ones because I liked them so much. I love(d) this headset for exactly 5 months. Then I had to start loving my second one of the same headset because the first broke because of a design flaw. I am looking forward to loving this new one for another 2-5 months and then hopefully getting the new version that will drop that hopefully doesn't have the major flaw this set has. Pros: -Super comfortable (possibly most comfortable headset I have used in my 20+ years of gaming) -Clear sound with good spatial distribution -Great microphone monitoring -Convenient and easy to set up Bluetooth -Button works to control calls and music on your phone -Easy to locate and use volume nob Cons: -Cheap plastic end caps hold leather to metal frame. Prone to breaking where the metal screw clamps the 2 pieces together -Mic position is awkwardly low -Charge port position is in the way and makes charging while gaming a nuisance -No RGB (personal preference here. Does not affect functionality. I just like pretty lights, and for $200 I think they should be present) -No easy to spot indicator for whether the headset is on or off
