Has some issues with sound crackling during game play. With software updates it make it happen less frequently.

I got a mouse and headphone to my friend for Christmas gift and he’s really like it

These headphones are great for comfort, and portability. That's basically where the good things end with these headphones as the sound quality is HORRIBLE. I'm not sure what happened with a past Razer update but these headphones sound absolutely terrible. No matter how much you change the EQ settings, you genuinely cannot get crisp, good audio. I've had the HyperX Cloud II's for 2 years for $70 (half the price) and they sound so much better for whatever reason. These headphones are not really worth the price, they charge for comfort and features. Unless you've never had any other headphones before this, maybe then they'll be fine, but other than that please don't pick any headphones from the "BlackShark" series as they all have the same muffled, horrible sound quality.

The Razer Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 has the best microphone quality I've experienced in a wireless headset. It captures my voice clearly with no background noise, perfect for gaming and streaming. Highly recommend for its mic alone!

Pretty great headset connection with console is fantastic but when i connect the usb to my pc that is under my desk the audio becomes choppy and distorted. It’s very annoying but I’m i sure it’s because I have my pc under my desk is why the connection gets faulty.

I rechage these once every 2 weeks. And i play a lot due to being stuck at home with health issues. Sound is amazing, comfortable, and just downright the best headaet ive had. I do not use the mic as > have a dedicated mi, so I cannot say how that is.

Grate headset if you havent use them yet give them a try

I'm not much of a gamer anymore. I primarily purchased this for the excellent mic and comfort. Pros. These are very comfy. My ears do get a bit warm wearing these, but that also means I have a good seal and noise isolation. The microphone does sound very nice. Mid. I feel the knob is backwards. You have to turn the dial clockwise to turn the volume down. Turning volume up has been clockwise on every device since forever. The microphone mute option isn't the best. It can be hard to figure out if you're muted just based on feel. I like how easy it is to get these headphones adjusted on your head, but the it's also easy to bump the forks. Cons. Connectivity! My Bluetooth cut out during a conference call! I like that you can switch between 2.4ghz and Bluetooth, but there's a known bug where the button stops working but no fix. Also why doesn't this support multipoint audio? Many other headsets at this price point support it. Sound. There's almost constant pink noise in these. There will be a pulsing noise when it's searching for Bluetooth and also a constant hum when it's connected via 2.4ghz. Side tone is off. Synapse - Razer's software sucks. It forces you to make the headset the default audio output before you can use it. It also shows you advertisements for their products unless you turn it off. It also crashes frequently. It is plug and play but if you want full functionality you need to install the software.

Excellent sound and mic quality. Battery life is amazing.

One of my all time favorite headsets! feels good on the head, sound quality is awesome and it gets more than loud enough! charge last pretty long easily get a couple good sessions of gaming in with it.

Great headset for gaming! Overall soundstage is decent but mainly what sells this for me is the overall general performance. Sound quality is nice although the bass can be muddy, the sound report is excellent for pin pointing sound locations in game and the mic quality stands alone atop the headset game! Definitely recommend!

Beware do not buy since the first day i had these headset ive had nothing but problems static noises they keep disconnecting ive tried on several pc to see if it was my pc but it sill had the same problem i contacted razer and got a replacement and i still had the exact same problem do not buy

Very comfortable headset for sure, not sure if me or headphons but very bad audio, very washed out.
