Havent had any issues wkth them, wired or wireless. Had alienware headsets before but feel these are better as far as functionality. The only thing it lacks is bass. There isnt much back to rumble your ears or make it more immersive. It's still sounds clear and great but just missing a lil. I would recommend these to my friends and famiky.

Great while it lasted

This would be the perfect headset for me if the build quality was better. I use my headset approximately 5-11 hours a week and I've had them for literally only 3 months and its visibly falling apart. The inside piece that has the "R" and "L" fell off randomly causing issues with adjusting the headset for comfort. I really enjoyed these but I'm going to completely replace these with another brand.
