I've gotten compliments on the mic and can personally go 50+ feet without the audio or mic cutting out. Had a little bit of a hiccup with the initial install of the drivers, but reinstalling Synapse resolved the issue. Would 100% recommend.

Has some issues with sound crackling during game play. With software updates it make it happen less frequently.

Love the headphones there light weight, battery life is very good, microphone is on point and I have been told that they only can hear my voice and nothing in the background that’s the reason I bought these headphones there perfect pulse razor is a great brand

I recently bought these headset to see how it would perform in gaming and the sound quality is really good and the mic sounds really really good, probably the best headset I ever bought and anyone thatd thinking of buying it, do it

Love the mic quality. Sounds like a streamer mic or a good pod mic. Just needs a little adjustment out of the box. Sounds great and last a decent amount of time.

These headphones are great for comfort, and portability. That's basically where the good things end with these headphones as the sound quality is HORRIBLE. I'm not sure what happened with a past Razer update but these headphones sound absolutely terrible. No matter how much you change the EQ settings, you genuinely cannot get crisp, good audio. I've had the HyperX Cloud II's for 2 years for $70 (half the price) and they sound so much better for whatever reason. These headphones are not really worth the price, they charge for comfort and features. Unless you've never had any other headphones before this, maybe then they'll be fine, but other than that please don't pick any headphones from the "BlackShark" series as they all have the same muffled, horrible sound quality.

Very good Headset and microphone. Works as expected, lots of customization capabilities. Would recommend as an upgrade for anyone, expect xbox users, only because it is my understanding that it is incompatible with it.

My time having the headsetwas great. Excellent audio, microphone, and gray builds quality. My only gripe with it is the earcup praise. I wish theirs wad a way to loosen the tightness of the earcups. Other than that, greasy product.

It looks great and sound great but I’ve returned 2 units. One unit broke, no sound and the other unit was missing the microphone voice piece. I can really recommend this product. Find something mor sturdy.

The added bluetooth feature with these headsets allows me to play with my Nintendo Switch in handheld mode Great sounding headphones with good bass and ability to use on PC + PS5 + Nintendo Switch is great

They are pretty decent nothing special but I will say I’ve broken 3 some how in 3 years so that’s why it’s a 3 star. Audio is good, mic is okay, battery is pretty good, and it’s comfortable on my big head.

Fantastic headset. Growing up is realizing performance means more than the pretty lights. I still like the lights though.

Beware do not buy since the first day i had these headset ive had nothing but problems static noises they keep disconnecting ive tried on several pc to see if it was my pc but it sill had the same problem i contacted razer and got a replacement and i still had the exact same problem do not buy

They tried to embed THX spatial audio into the headset hardware and completely broke surround sound. The only way to use surround sound with these ATM is to purchase their stand alone spatial audio driver subscription. They keep acting like they’re fixing stuff on razer insider, but the reality is that it’s been broken for months now, and no solution is coming for the forseeable future. Very disappointed as there are a lot of good features with the headset. But yet again, poor business practices and lack of accountability has ruined everything for everyone. 

Expensive for me but sounds good . I love the equalizer in the app it makes a difference but honestly you can use it straight out the box . My only problem is it can’t charge and be used at the same time
