    The headphones are great but they broke very easily. Our teenage son put them on and the side snapped. I wish they were a bit more sturdy.

    Had a pair of astro A50 wireless. These are way better for 2/3 of the price. I highly recommend these if you want a great headset for competitive gaming or just casual.

    Best headset I’ve purchased that’s Bluetooth and usb connectivity. I can go from my Pc to my phone to another device etc pretty seamlessly

    The surround sound with the headphones is really nice however it only supports a limited number of games. If the games you play are not aupported it will sound like plugging in a standardbset of headphones that you vaould buy for a fourth of the price. If you do want to biy these verify what you want to play is on the list of supported games or get the arctis pros for the same price

    They don’t get loud enough for you to feel like you in the game or movie. The sound is very clear. The mic picks up every background noises and voices. They are extremely comfortable.

    This is a great pair of headphones, so why the low rating? Because I have had to swap these headphones twice due to firmware update. On my third pair I decided not to update the firmware and they work like a dream. Now I will have a warning to update my headset on synapse so be sure to be okay with that. The fact that I bought these three times says something but don’t do it’s firmware update because it will brick your headset.
