The headset sounds great after using razer synapse to adjust settings, terrible audio via Bluetooth. Everything works well now, but I had a horrible experience trying to resolve what was referred to as a robotic and lagging mic in Discord party chat when playing games. My reason for purchase was to fix a mic issue with a20s, and dealt with the same problem for 3 days. Ultimately had to uninstall and reinstall razer synapse before it would allow me to update the headset itself (only the dongle updated in initial setup I assume).

I mainly play FPS games, and after adjusting the EQ settings on this headset, I can hear in-game footsteps with incredible clarity—giving me a huge advantage in matches. Plus, the account sync saves my settings, so even if I switch computers, I don’t have to reconfigure anything. The comfort is unmatched—by far the most comfortable gaming headset I’ve ever worn, no contest. Highly recommended!

Wonderful selection, the sound quality allows you to feel like you’re directly in the game. It’s comfortable and the performance is outstanding.

This is headset is probably one of the best headsets I bought in a while. The noise canceling makes it so I can barely hear any outside noise to the point where I had people yelling at me at my doorframe to get my attention. The sound quality is so superb too, I swear I can hear the smallest of things in game. The Mic quality is surprisingly amazing for a gaming headset. It’s not standalone mic quality but it’s pretty close!

I have "been there" and "done that" when it comes to headphones, both wired and wireless. If you are looking for wireless headphones to use to listen to music, play games, maybe watch some movies and you need a good mic then this is the headset you have been looking for. But do yourself a favor and set your sound and mic EQ to your liking in the Synapse software. These drivers are extremely good and you will absolutely find the right settings, trust me. I am very very happy right now.

Sounds so good I flinched at my own footsteps. Now I can hear my teammates’ bad decisions. Comfort level: forgot I was wearing them. Battery lasts longer than I do in games. Enemies loud. Me proud. Crisp audio. My excuses are gone.

Great sound, comfortable, best wireless mic on the market by a long shot!!!! Almost sounds as good as many wired desktop mics

Nice headset for gaming, keeps charge super long when playing 8-10 hours a day. I didn’t have to charge it for a week. When charging it you can also play your games. It usually takes about 3 hours to fully charge.

Finally decided to drop the wired setup, though i loved my sennheisers, i got really tired of forgetting, getting up and trying to walk away with the headset on and yanking on the cable.... this has been a pleasure, havnt noticed any delay, the mic quality is seriously impressive, almost everyone i talked to on discord said they thought i was still using my Shure SM7B because of how clear it was...

Very clear output, noise canceling is great, input is normally great and very clear aswell. Every once in awhile I'm told my voice sounds like I’m talking from a tin can, usually I can correct it by securing the mic. I have to Travel with my headset so I remove the mic often.

These are the most comfortable pair I have ever tried on. I have lots of peircings on my ears so it’s a little hard to find headsets that sit right without irritating them. These don’t bother me at all even with earings on. They’re very easy to use and set up. Only downside for is the dongle stopped working so i have to use bluetooth which i dont mind.

Really want to love these but unfortunately the Razer app is missing features that they sell inside an app on their website. If you contact support they say THX spatial audio is provided with this headset through snap this app but what you get through the razor app is not the full version you’re limited and there are features missing. Thus you can’t take real advantage of the full THX spatial audio. I’ve spent a week going back and forth with email support over this. Besides that aggravation there is the fact that everything sounds sort of the same. When in game play I hear foot steps but NOWHERE near how I heard them when using the StealSeries headphones. It’s night and day difference. I like the way they feel and I like the sturdy mic arm but the plastic that holds the earcups sort of feels cheap. Almost like it will break easily. If you really take care of these and buy the other app you might get a better experience. Maybe it’s just Windows that’s causing the sound not to be as good as it should be but like I said the StealSeries headphones sounded way way better.

Actually an amazing razer headset! The built in audio profiles make your experience incredible for games, movies, and even music. I use these as my main headset for when I’m recording my guitar. The razer synapse software allows you to access their custom audio EQs for esports and the directionality is great. The detachable mic provides exceptionally clear audio and razers synapse software allows you to customize it even more. Overall a fantastic headset for anything you wanna throw its way!

These headphones hold a charge for a long time. They are comfortable to wear as well.
