I was standing in the store with $700 in store credit to use. I have logitech g935 7.1 surround sound, wireless, headset that I was using at the time. I was looking for a set with compairable quality but louder. I looked at google reviews for headsets and this one came up as best at the time. It is not. The sound quality is good but they are not actual surround sound. The volume is good but there is no indication of front or behind noises during game play. These should have been listed at half of what I paid for them. $200 for a non surround sound headset? I went ahead and put them through thier paces. They are great for stereo music playback, the battery lasts a long time. The mic is good. Overall it is a nice headset but no where near as good as the Logitech 935. They may be louder but the bass isn't what it should be. I will not be buying overpriced Razor gear again.

These headphones are great one of the best microphones I’ve heard on a gaming headset, audio quality is above average as well.

great headset for price point, would recommend if you want something bluetooth with acceptable quality. Definitely not for audiophile type people

I bought these on the advice of Freya in the PC section, and i mostly dont regret it. Definitely better than 90% of gamer headphones, but there are times where my friends running steelseries can hear better than me. However, majority of the time i hear stuff they dont. With the 50mm speakers, that puts it ahead of most other brands that use the standard 40mm. Overall, the only thing i would change is that the dongle should have more range. Other than that, it is a great buy and will be sticking with Razer from now on.

Ive used wireless headsets in the past but nothing can compare to these the range is amazing, also the fact you can connect your phone and your pc at the same time is worth insane! 10/10

good gaming headset,, sound quality is good will buy it again

This is an upgrade from Razer Man O War a comfortable headset but heavy and big. The Razer Blackshark V2 pro 23 is mad light and the sound is as good as my previous headset. It’s comfortable and easy to adjust. I wear glasses and it’s still comfortable but it can get hot but that’s only when I use them in combination with my VR headset. Also the Bluetooth is good but you can only choose one audio source at a time. As for the mic it’s awesome one of the best. All and all it’s a good headset.

This headset is really good. Ive had it for about 2 weeks and the quality is really nice. I enjoy how good the mic quality is.

These are a decent pair of headphones for gaming. Battery life is beyond expected. Would have gave 5 stars but the sound is a little low. I would buy them again

Very nice headset, Fits perfectly for people with heads on the larger side not really sure for smaller sizes, overall nice headset very nice sounding microphone and sound is 10/10

Sound quality is great and the mic is even more great! If youre looking for a gaming headset that doesnt make you sound like youre in a wind tunnel, this is it!

The sound is crisp but the main winner for this headset is it amazing mic quality whether using it for streaming or just gaming, it's a must have!!

These headphones are amazing, and they exceeded my expectations.

Overall good, but has a glaring design flaw in that the dongle keeps the headset alive in windows even after turned off, so windows will still think it should play through headset. This is a huge design oversight that forces you tell windows manually to switch back speakers when you turn off the headset. You can get around that by connecting via Bluetooth but then you lose most of the presets and features.

Suoer comfy and great use! The brand itself has many great features, and I'm more than happy that BestBuy offered such a great product for a great price.

Battery Life is great & the bluetooth distance is pretty good.
