Left Hinge broke

It seems to be an issue with this headset. RMA process requires you to ship the headset back to Razer so keep that in mind. You will be without your headset until Razer takes a look at the RMA'd product

Quality BT Headphones

Before, he had some of the older wired Razer headphones, and they had their fair share of connectivity issues and audio input quality issues. These are a fantastic upgrade! He'll typically charge them every 3 days or more, and he uses them all of the time. In comparison to other top BT headphones, these are by far the best ones we've tried!

Great sound, best Mic, poor build.

The piece where the thin metal rods meet the plastic brace are fragile. Mine started cracking a few months after I bought it. Today, it completely fell apart into 4 pieces of plastic. Unfortunate - I love the sound and microphone on this headset.

Worse than the older model

The sound quality doesn't seem as good, the sliders to adjust the size slide too easily and move while they are on your head, the volume nob on them controls your windows volume setting and only adjusts by every 4 instead of being its own volume nob. They aren't horrible headphones, but the original BlackShark V2 Pro's are better.

Very solid headset worth it if you want wireless

You have to break it in a little for it to start fitting comfortably, but after that its barely noticeable while wearing. The wireless mic quality is also much better on this version and has worked without issue for the 2 or so months ive been using it
