These headphones were great! I switched from a wired heaset and the convenience of wireless is certainly worht it. The headset feels nice on the ears and the mic quality was much more clear than my old ones.

The Razer BlackShark V2 Pro checks all the boxes. The comfort, audio performance, mic quality, and battery life exceeded my expectations. These features make for a phenomenal headset worth considering.

Excellent sound quality with a quick and reliable Bluetooth connection. I especially like the detachable mike and large (sort of retro) volume knob.

    Great Headset with some flaws

TL;DR; Great headset till it broke. used the store warranty to get a new pair. Chose the same ones because I liked them so much. I love(d) this headset for exactly 5 months. Then I had to start loving my second one of the same headset because the first broke because of a design flaw. I am looking forward to loving this new one for another 2-5 months and then hopefully getting the new version that will drop that hopefully doesn't have the major flaw this set has. Pros: -Super comfortable (possibly most comfortable headset I have used in my 20+ years of gaming) -Clear sound with good spatial distribution -Great microphone monitoring -Convenient and easy to set up Bluetooth -Button works to control calls and music on your phone -Easy to locate and use volume nob Cons: -Cheap plastic end caps hold leather to metal frame. Prone to breaking where the metal screw clamps the 2 pieces together -Mic position is awkwardly low -Charge port position is in the way and makes charging while gaming a nuisance -No RGB (personal preference here. Does not affect functionality. I just like pretty lights, and for $200 I think they should be present) -No easy to spot indicator for whether the headset is on or off

Great headset. Sounds good and fits good with no issues with comfortability. Only issue I had was they didn't last more than a year maybe year and half. Bought another pair but it started to give out about same time frame. Bought a 3 set and went with the black ones and I haven't had an issue. Roommate had same problem with the white set and she went with the black ones and no issues years later. Wouldn't think the coloration would matter but I've also heard other people having issues with the white colored headphones and no issues with the black ones. I currently have 2 pairs. One for laptop (due to work out of state) and one at home for desktop

THE GOOD -Best mic available on a gaming headset -Excellent battery life -Strong wireless connection (Bluetooth and 2.4) -Comfortable for long wear -Gaming sound profiles and awesome surround effects The BAD - The volume randomly dropped approximately 20%. (after power cycle it'd be back to normal for awhile then drop again). Returned... Just not worth the hassle.

Great headset! The Good: - The cups are large, which is nice for me as I had issues with the Arctis Nova Pro cup diameter being too small but these fit well. - The MIC! Easily the best sounding headset mic I've ever used. This sentiment was echoed by everyone I was in chat with via Discord or in-game chat. - Sound is pretty good, an upgrade imaging-wise from my older Arctis 7's. - Bluetooth connection works but is a toggle type, NOT simultaneous. Easy to switch over to an incoming phone call though, then back to the game. - Volume knob may look kinda goofy hanging off like that, but is MUCH easier to find and turn during gameplay than the more discreet wheels on other sets. - Sidetone is decent! The Bad: - Wireless dongle connection was the worst of any of the headsets I've tried so far. Works well for a bit, but definitely experienced jitters/info drops during gaming sessions. Sidetone would stop sometimes and not resume until I opened Synapse. One time after muting the headset, setting it down and coming back to it about 5 minutes later, I could only get full sound out of the left earcup when un-muted. When I pressed mute I'd get full sound again. Had to remove&replug the dongle to fix. - The earcups slide down the yokes EASILY. I found myself constantly fidgeting with them to keep them in place. - Cups are large, but shallow. My ears touched the drivers and the set was uncomfortable to use for more than 20 minutes. I thought maybe if I got some different pads that might help like on other sets, but as of today I can't find any different pads for these. Wicked pads even said development for this 2023 version is pretty far down the road, so nothing is imminent. - The cups also get hot. I'm starting to think this is true of every modern headset, even with upgraded pads. Can't find anything as cool and comfortable as my old Arctis 7's yet. - When switching back to 2.4 from bluetooth there is a decently loud 'pop' that isn't pleasant to hear. This one is minor, but still we're talking close to 2 bills for this headset and I just expect better performance. - NO CHAT MIX. This one is kind of the biggest deal breaker for me. Steelseries has the Sonar software that can act as a digital mixer for you to route chat, media, etc. so even if a Steelseries headset doesn't have chat mix on the hardware, you can still do this via software. The BlackShark v2 Pro 2023 does not support this in either hardware OR software. Razer Synapse has some EQ options, but no mixer. The headset shows up as only one input and one output in Windows audio settings. Final Opinion: I would definitely recommend these for the price. If you don't want to spend $250-$350 on a headset, and find the earcups comfortable enough for extended use, these will serve you really well.

Great gaming headset! I have had many gaming headsets in the past but this one beats them all! Super comfy doesn’t feel heavy whatsoever. Easy feature to make them loose or tighter, also the features these headphones have are super easy and convenient to use. From mic output and input it’s a very clear voice whenever I play with friends. The software that comes with it is also really cool where you can customize the headset to your liking from game to game without having to lose your custom settings. Overall these are THE BEST GAMING HEADSET

I absolutely love everything about this headset. Great comfort for those even with giant heads (such as myself), phenomenal battery life, outstanding mic. My only issue is that the material holding the ear cups to the band is plastic. That being said, this is my second pair and the first one broke because that plastic is too soft. I got about 9 months of use before it broke.

It goes without saying, the mic on this beast is one of the best you can get in a wireless headset with no equal. If discord or platform of choice is your most important factor, then this is a no brainer. I would not recommend for wfh though as it does not integrate with teams/zoom like a business class headset would so it's difficult to guage if you are muted. The only gripe I have is with the directional cues, the sound profile is decent but not the best. Stage is mid and not as wide as you would like. For games like CS2 it does a decent enough job providing a cue, but it's not as accurate as they should be. The software is required for initial setup and then can be stored for easy use/toggle on headset. I would give the sound stage and directional around a 7.5/10. There are far better options for that aspect but with the tradeoff of a terrible mic. I would marry the G Pro X 2 with this mic if possible

10 Audio 10 noise cancellation 10 micrphone quality 10 out of 10. Excellent quality. Most earphones I have to take off after a while it begins to hurt my ears. These are different. I sleep in them. I use them for the call center at work. I use them for gaming, I use them for my mobile calls. I absolutely love these. If I don't want to hear no one, I WILL NOT. When on calls or gaming they do NOT hear your background. A must buy item. *****5 STARS ALL AROUND *****

These headphones have amazing audio quality and the microphone is super clear. It doesn’t peak and the headset has a really good battery life and Bluetooth range, it has a dongle specifically for connecting and it doesn’t have any lag. Razer synapse makes for an easily customizable. I’ve bought 3 pair at this point for my girlfriend and brother in law

This is the greatest headset ive bought in quite a while. Sound quality is nice and crisp. Mic is amazing and i can be heard great. Paired up with razer synapse i cane tweak with what i want friends to hear. And the battery lasts forever. I've played it for 8 hours straight and only lost about 40%. I can leave it on all night and it will be at the same percentage as it was the day before. Ill never buy another headset as long as this one lasts.
