    These had a good punch to them, but had a annoying white noise over the mic when I was playing with my wife who I bought a pair for too. Tried switching controllers, but had the same. I'm not about to turn off $700 routers for these headsets. Exchanged for arctis 1's and haven't experienced any issues, plus the arctis had crisper sound

    Grandson loved the esports headset, He not only uses it for his games, but for his in home schooling. It was a gift for his birthday. He also received the karaty Kid game for christmas. He could not wait to use it. I am glad I was able to bet both of them at Best Buy, and saved time and money running from store to store to find what he wanted.

    I ended up returning as I was looking for something I could utilize during office (Teams) meetings. It has the 2.5 plug in and another 2.5 for the mic. It was not all in one and new computers as we know do not have these capabilities. Guess it really is for gaming.

    This is not a Blackshark v2, it is a Blackshark v2 X. Watch out for the X. This one is not USB, analog only. Also, Tested on Two PCs, when plugged in to the front panel the mic basically doesn't work, being far to quiet in volume and scratchy. The mic only works well when plugged in to the rear. Internet searches show this to be a common problem frequently never resolved. I did a bunch of troubleshooting and never resolved that. Apart from that the speakers are amazing! Crystal Clear!. We returned ours and grabbed an Actual v2, not X. It is greater.

    Delivery was fast and good, I also like how they actually delivered it to my door because some delivery people deliver it to my mail and I have to go pick it up.

    The first pair's mic was actually broken straight out of the box. The second pair has worked perfectly so far and the sound quality is amazing.
