Build quality was a 10/10 but where it lacked was audio it seemed a little muffled and dim but for the price you still can beat it

I bought these foe my daughter and she loves the way they fit and sound. When wearing them the cancel out other noise and stated they are very comfortable.

Ordered these to go with the TV. The volume is not very loud at all so if you are a person who likes surround sound this may not be for you. Other than that the headphones are amazing quality! The sound is really the only thing that they should be working on.

So I was looking to replace a previous headset that was lacking on the microphone capabilities. My friends said they couldn't hear me well, even though the mic sensitivity was enhanced for them to hear me when I spoke. Also, it was a 20 dollar, cheaper headset I bought as a starter. Once I used this Razer headset, they noticed the difference and knew I upgraded without me even telling them. But I also needed to upgrade the sound capabilities too. This Razer does it all and very well! Although I was hoping for the mic and cord connecting to the headset itself could be detachable, I'm very happy with this product. There is a 7.1 Surround Sound easy download and install that is great to have when gaming!! it is phenomenal! Highly recommend if you are looking for that expensive quality at a lower price. It will last, doing you and your money well.

Its a decent wired headset. The sound quality is not terrible and if you are in the market for a wired headset, this one is pretty good.

overall a nice, comfortable headset. gave us difficulties in the beginning, the mic wouldn’t work, but after updating the sound card on the new pc, it seemed to work. i live the fact that it has a second connecting port to connect and disconnect the headset inbetween the pc and/or your controller so that’s a plus vs you reaching all the way to your desktop. sound is amazing also.

Apart from the cable that can get in the way it’s great the audio quality is great the mic is clear and it’s not a hassle to set up overall is get it again.

I have been using this headset for about a month so far. The audio and mic quality is reasonably good, and these headsets will do the job if you're not an audiophile. I think that for the price this is the best deal out there.

Razer BlackShark V2 X Wired is great. Lightweight and the sound is fantastic to me. Windows 10 I had to fix a few Privacy settings to get the mic to work in Discord. Just make sure too check the boxes under the Privacy settings under microphone and it works now

These headphones are great quality! I got them on sale which is why I went immediately to go get them in person. They are still working well. I also like the pink color!
