They are extremely loud on the PS five I would say it’s probably much better than $200 pair of headphones for gaming

If you're not looking to get the absolute best of the best, but still get very good sound quality, this headset fits the bill

My 10 year old had the same brand different model that kept breaking (mic). These have a thicker wired mic and the sound quality is amazing he said

They sound great and work perfectly. They do not have any kind of ANC, but the foam cups are dense enough to provide excellent passive noise cancelling. When gaming at a moderate volume, someone has to tap my shoulder to get my attention. Highly recommend!
