A good set of gaming headphones for the price. Microphone is very responsive, comes with a bag which is really nice if you have cats that eat cords. Sound quality is decent, crisp but not loud, volume adjuster feels a little clunky and the microphone is in a fixed position which is occasionally annoying. Overall would highly recommend.

More than what I expected, I am thrilled about the experience of sound and quality as if I was in the game! My gaming pears also like to hear me loud crispy and clear thank you Best Buy!

Best headset I’ve ever had, mic quality always gets me compliments. Audio is pretty good not amazing but also can’t really complain because all the games I play have sh- audio integrations.

I consider the level of external sound insulation very good. The microphone cannot be taken out or put back when needed. In addition, on the side of the earphone, the tip of the ear hurts a little.

Bought these to replace broken Krakens (I should have bought them at best buy with geek squad coverage). Good quality and value. The husband and kids use them to play games on PS4 and PC with friends and they really like them.

Sound is great in these. Was a little worried it wouldn’t be that nice but took a chance and glad I did. Volume can be adjusted on left ear piece.

My teenage daughter says they are super comfortable and loves the pink color. It matches her razer game chair. Easy playability between Nintendo switch, PlayStation and the PC, just plug and play.

I used this on my Xbox S, PS4, Nintendo Switch, and my Backbone controller, all of them have been amazing. The sound quality is top notch and music sounds great too. Highly recommended.

For the price, you cant beat it. Honestly a very good microphone plus the headset sounds good. It doesnt lack anything to me. I would recommend this headset to anyone looking for a budget option while still wanting quality.

Amazing audio quality from the BlacksharkV2x. Great for xbox use, terrible for pc use. Razer synapse is incompatible with their own product. The microphone only works on xbox. Otherwise no regrets or complaints about my purchase
