Sound is great in these. Was a little worried it wouldn’t be that nice but took a chance and glad I did. Volume can be adjusted on left ear piece.

Amazing audio quality from the BlacksharkV2x. Great for xbox use, terrible for pc use. Razer synapse is incompatible with their own product. The microphone only works on xbox. Otherwise no regrets or complaints about my purchase

Bought these as a replacement for the Kraken that my son was using previously that broke and Razer was taking FOREVER to repair under warranty. They feel cheaper than I would expect and have told him to be careful with them. He says they sound good and he enjoys the simulated surround. Overall they are good for him and work with all of his other Razer products.

Great headset. The THX sound quality is amazing. I had to get used to the haptic feedback but it is starting to grow on me.

Sounds great (for the price). I wish it came with more explanation that you need to set the audio settings not only for whatever console you are playing, but ALSO the game audio/sound settings.

Worked as expected right out of the box. Settings were easy to adjust, the sound quality was excellent!

My grandsons love these. Works great while they are in the gaming devices.

Lightweight and very comfortable! I wear glasses while wearing my headset and with these I had no irritation. The pink is so sweet, I’m really happy with my purchase. :)

Works well, but I just prefer a wireless headset. The mic also stays in the front and there is no way to hide it back when it is not needed

For the money they are great. But being honest, not a good as my Turtle Beach. If on a budget, I would recommend but definitely ones out there if budget allows.

Loved this headset for it being wired. Would still use if I didn’t upgrade.
