Works excellent. Cord is rubber so if it rubs against a leather chair, it sticks essentially and is a tangle issue. other then that i cant name a negative thing about it. A USB version would be awesome.

For my teenagers birthday

I got to accompany the computer I bought him also from Best Buy. Once again I was super appreciative of the customer service that helped steer me in the right direction.

Tried switching controllers, but had the same. I'm not about to turn off $700 routers for these headsets. Exchanged for arctis 1's and haven't experienced any issues, plus the arctis had crisper sound

Excellent Birthday and Christmas Gifts

It was a gift for his birthday. He also received the karaty Kid game for christmas. He could not wait to use it. I am glad I was able to bet both of them at Best Buy, and saved time and money running from store to store to find what he wanted.
