Headphone quality is crap I bought this to replace broken head phones and some how these are worst than my already crappy headset.

It has shortage when you hook up. It is glitching .

broke after not even 2 months of using it. little wire inside headset just snapped off. there was BARELY any solder on the wire. i want a replacement NOW

Mic gave out after a week it wasn’t damaged it just gave out and was not able to return it within 2 weeks

Sound quality was bad on pc. If you are looking for a headset get the one that has a sound card.

Impossible to set up. I tried everything even the USB extensions and the mic refused to work snd the ear phones were low. They look great. Had potential.

The microphone broke within the first 2 weeks after purchasing.

3.5mm Audio jacks do not allow for surround sound. The audio quality is very "Stereo" and does not have much depth or dimension to it. I purchased this item for $50 and immediately returned it.

Bought this headphone a couple of days ago, cannot be more happy with it. It is versatile inasmuch as it gives great performance for music as well as gaming, it is comfortable, lightweight and affordable!

Wasn’t working ..poor product ..the mic didn’t work properly

Solid. Already had a decent pair for work that had noise cancelling but not a good mic, so had to trade off there. Even without noise cancelling the sound quality is good. All my friends say they can hear me much clearer now too. Lightweight and comfortable-- I've noticed the crown of my head getting tired after wearing my other pair for an hour or two, while I can wear this one for a while and never experience discomfort.

Headset tends to hurt the earls after 10-20mins of usage.

Pretty terrible sounding headset. Also falls of my head never had a headset in my 11 years of gaming fall off. Hyper X is better.

Serves its intended purpose well. A fair priced middle ground headset. Razer came through with this awesome and affordable headset with the regular gamer in mind; big sound quality at a reasonably low cost. I’d stay away from their blackshark headset and the elite. I’ve had both and those crapped out after about a year or regular use. This delivers. Comfortable, sounds good, and didn’t cost me a huge buck.

this is a garbage set the mic on it would work, friends said i sounded like a chipmunk, i could be giving this a unfair review and just got a factory mess up, but still sad
