Tried switching controllers, but had the same. I'm not about to turn off $700 routers for these headsets. Exchanged for arctis 1's and haven't experienced any issues, plus the arctis had crisper sound

The headphones come with all and more accessories then needed. Great find and gift for someone getting involved in gaming. Warning A headset is wanted for the best experience in any game.

It has the 2.5 plug in and another 2.5 for the mic. It was not all in one and new computers as we know do not have these capabilities. Guess it really is for gaming.

Beware! The "X" Part

Watch out for the X. This one is not USB, analog only. Also, Tested on Two PCs, when plugged in to the front panel the mic basically doesn't work, being far to quiet in volume and scratchy. The mic only works well when plugged in to the rear. Internet searches show this to be a common problem frequently never resolved. I did a bunch of troubleshooting and never resolved that. Apart from that the speakers are amazing! Crystal Clear!. We returned ours and grabbed an Actual v2, not X. It is greater.
