I bought these headphones for my son’s birthday, and the quality is outstanding. The sound is crystal clear, they are very comfortable, and the design is perfect for him. An excellent purchase overall—I highly recommend them!

A little spotty with the connection and having to use 2 separate cords for the headset is a little annoying, but the volume dial and mute button that are built into the headset are incredibly convenient. The mic quality is good and the audio quality is pretty good. If you're looking for a headset to play video games with friends without putting a hole in your wallet, this is perfect.

You know how you don't realize that your previous headset was heavy until you buy a new one that isn't? Yeah, that happened. This particular set is feather-light yet feels well-made, and the sound is decent for the price range. Not only do I use them for long gaming sessions, but also for casually listening to music, so they get a LOT of daily use and are probably the most comfortable I've owned, sans one detail described below. On the opposite side of the coin, I had to replace the ear pads within the first week, as the originals had seams just inside the cups that were frequently digging into my ears. If you're sensitive to things like that, pay a little extra and go up to the next higher model (they were on display in my local store and the pads did not have that annoying seam, they are however a bit of a price jump) or plan on finding replacements. Additionally, the 7.1 surround sound (comes as a download link in email after registration, NOT included in the box) also leaves something to be desired. While it might be fine if you mainly play FPS games, for me personally as a non FPS player, it just muddied everything else, so I uninstalled. Overall however, I am extremely happy with this purchase, as comfort with long wear and affordability were the two top things I was looking for.

Very forgiving ear pads stay comfortable for hours. Mic is actually pretty good and cord is plenty long. Haven't had any problems but I could see the thin wire connectors braking if kids beat on it.

Love these headphones! The pink design is super cute and perfect for my setup. Sound quality is clear with good bass, and the mic works great for gaming and calls. They’re comfortable for long use, though slightly snug at first. Overall, stylish, fun, and worth it from Best Buy.

They're nice. They feel light on the head and cover my (smaller) ears comfortably. They have a good feel and when paired with the software on PC, they sound great! The ear cups insulate really well and there's very little bleed out into the room. I happen to really like the volume knob on the side of the headset - no searching for buttons or hitting the wrong one on accident. However... and this may just be a "me" problem, but when they're plugged into my phone or tablet with the 3.5mm connection they're not the loudest. They're pretty quiet for this price range. In fact, I just checked them on PC and phone playing the same Youtube video on both. The PC topped them out at 90 dB, while the phone was just 60 dB. To verify just how much effect the phone was having, I tried the headset these are replacing and the other set I have. Those were 70 and 75 dB on the phone and high 80's on PC. This tells me the software is giving these a significant boost - which is fine if all you will ever use them for is gaming. Unfortunately for me, these are also meant to replace the headphones I wear at night watching movies - which is over a 3.5mm jack. To be fair, these are marketed as gaming headphones - though I'm not sure how they sound on a console - my kids only left me the PS3. I'm giving 4 stars for the comfort and the great sound on PC. If they weren't as good as they are there, they'd go back. They just don't sound quite good enough or get quite loud enough (for me) to use as an everyday headset for my phone. For those who are unfamiliar with what a 10 dB difference sounds like, 60 is a loud electric toothbrush and 70 is freeway traffic. Also, listening to prolonged sounds above 70 dB is bad for your ears, kids!

Comfortable to wear. I have a bigger head and ears and these fit right over my ears without constricting or pinching. Sound quality is amazing with an adjustable volume nob on the side. Mic is clear and communicates very well.

I've been using this gaming headset for a few weeks now, and I’m honestly impressed. The sound quality is amazing – crisp highs, deep bass, and excellent surround effect, which really enhances my gameplay, especially in FPS games. I can hear every footstep and distant gunshot with precision. The microphone is also crystal clear. My teammates say my voice sounds much better than with my old headset. It does a great job blocking out background noise too. Comfort-wise, this headset is top-tier. The ear cushions are soft and breathable, and the adjustable headband fits perfectly without feeling too tight. I’ve worn it for 4–5 hour sessions with no discomfort at all. Build quality feels solid and durable. The RGB lighting is a nice touch, not too flashy, but stylish enough to complement my setup. Overall, this is a fantastic headset for the price. Whether you’re a casual gamer or someone who plays every day, I highly recommend it.

The Razer BlackShark V2 X is a fantastic wired gaming headset. The sound quality is clear and immersive, with strong bass and crisp highs that make games, movies, and music all sound great. The cardioid microphone picks up my voice clearly and cuts down background noise, which is perfect for in-game chat and calls. It’s surprisingly lightweight and very comfortable, even during long gaming sessions. The memory foam ear cushions do a great job at blocking out external noise without making my ears feel hot. Compatibility is excellent—it works across PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and Switch without any setup hassle. Just plug it in and it’s ready to go. Overall, this headset delivers excellent performance for the price. If you want great audio, comfort, and a reliable mic in a simple wired setup, the BlackShark V2 X is a great choice.

Really good value for the price. Especially if you get it on sale. Very lightweight, hardly notice they are on your head. Mic is OK but for the price it's hard to be unhappy with it, it's reasonable.

I like to have a headset with a 3.5 mm Jack so I don't have to change batteries. This is by far the most comfortable headset and is my second one only because I had the first for so long that side earmuffs wore out. Zero feedback is heard through party chat which is a problem with a lot of earbuds and other cheap headsets. Such a great value for the price. I would recommend to anybody who wants a wired headset.

The headphones are what you would expect however the sound intensity is pretty low even at full volume. The surround siund workks wel. Overall good for games and comfortable for a long wear time. Would be happier if the sound intensity was higher

Absolutely the greatest quality for a first microphone/headset. Everything connects flawlessly, sounds great, and is comfortable for it's price. I haven't had a single issue so far and I highly recommend this if you're looking for a budget friendly headset. I use it for calls and gaming, works amazing.

Given to my Granddaughter as a gift who is a avid gamer. Price was midgrade 60.00 so didn't break my bank. She's had them for awhile now and says the sound is amazing and the mic picks up great with clear voice. She loves that the headset is lightweight and ear pads very comfortable for long sessions. Her mother complains because they are so noise canceling she can't hear anything going on around her; I take that as a positive. Biggest positive I see is the durability. She's rough on stuff and these have held up beautifully. Definitely worth the money.

These headphones have everything you need. The on headphone mute button can throw you off in the beginning but you definitely get used to it if you’re a muted microphone headphone user. Speaking to teammates is very clear. Gameplay is excellent. My last pair of headphones fell apart within 6 months of use but these have lasted the test of time
