I used to go through keyboards once a year. As a developer I am constantly hitting ctr C and ctr V and usually wear out my control key and the shift key. Since this is a gaming keyboard with actual switches it is more reliable, I have less missed keystrokes, and it last years longer than the non-switch keyboards. I also find the backlit keys handy at night since I usually don't turn on many lights. Since I have it set to very dim, I only see the backlit keys at night. This is a great development keyboard. I also like the fact that I can remap keys to simplify my work.

This keyboard is so awesome. It has so many options.

This keyboard is amazing, from the color changing effects on the keys to the distinct sound each key makes when pressed. I have been using this keyboard for about a month and really enjoy it, the macro-able keys are easy to setup on the fly or through Razer Synapse. The down side is that if you are use to Logitech keyboards there are no dedicated media keys, you have to press the function key.

Decent key switches with fun customization options.

I got this as a gift and while I like it, the product is quite pricey. The integration with Overwatch is a nice little addition. The lighting changes when you have different heroes selected. And the keyboard helps notify you when your ultimate is ready. It is a little noisy so be aware of this if you have close quarters and people are sensitive to the clicking of a keyboard.

For games lovers its a perfect gift. My cousin loved.

Great Product and very Satisfied with my purchase.

It may not be the best keyboard in the land owing to the plastic construction and slightly gimmicky chroma options, but it's extremely good and has given me no issues so far. I would even go as far as to say that I prefer the Razer Greens to my other MX Cherry Blues. I miss the volume of the clicking, but it blends well between the Blue and Browns and has made for much better double tapping. I'm glad I made the choice and I would definitely recommend it.

Got this for my boyfriend since he has wanted it for a while. he has been so happy with it and has said so many times. I plan on getting one, or a similar version depending when i get it.

I have used several Razer products, and although this keyboard is great, it still isn't perfect. My brother has the Blackwidow Ultimate and he has a similar problem. About 20% of the time when I press my A or D key, it will double tap/hold. While typing, it'll produce two letters, and while gaming, it will press it again and holds it until pressed again. Very troublesome while playing Call of Duty or chatting, and it's not a problem with Razer Synapse, it is the keyboard. Still, overall it's a very appealing keyboard with a sturdy build, the Mechanical Orange keys produce its legendary, loud click.

Razar does everything it promised. Would buy again.

Extremely Clicky/Loud Response. Also if you like the flashy RGB stuff this is great too. You can customize the LED display patterns and have them sync up with your other Razer RGB products, which I think is cool. My 4 star rating is due to the fact that the quality and the price you pay, doesn't really add up. Just know that you're paying for the Brand and the pretty lights. If that's what you want then this is the one for you.

My Razer Blackwidow was slowly dying. I have purchased it three years ago and it had seen its share of abuse. I needed to replace it but wanted to stay with Razer Blackwidow. I purchased the Chroma Blackwidow Keyboard as well as the Chroma Kraken and Deathaddler. They are a perfect touch to my gaming setup.

Absolutely love this keyboard. I've had a few over the years and this is definitely the best. I love how clicky the keys are and the cycling color patterns are a really nice touch. Very responsive and great for gaming. I play a lot of Marvel Heroes on PC and it has been a joy with this keyboard

This keyboard has mechanical cherry switches that give almost as much satisfaction as the old IBM buckling spring keyboard (deemed the most satisfying keyboard built by enthusiasts), it has 5 macro keys and is programmable to a wide array of colors, and even has programmable effects that is perfect for any one with a theme with there PC. The additional peripherals on the side(2 USB ports and mic and aux ports) provide easy access for any gamer, or video editor to plug in additional peripherals they may want/need. If your looking for a quality keyboard, purchasing this is money well spent.
