My profiles get corrupted a lot in both Windows 10 and OSX. In Windows the software doesn't remember the last profile i used and defaults to a game profile that is utterly useless for normal computer use. This is an issue when my wife tries to use my PC. The box said OS X compatible, except it doesn't work well in OS X. If you install synapsis the media keys don't work correctly, they map to where they would be on an apple keyboard. You also don't have access to your function keys. Razer support is either unable to unwilling to fix the issue. Anytime you contact them they give you the same stupid response, uninstall and reinstall your driver. My tech level is my day job is as lab administrator for a school. This has persisted thru multiple installs and i have also deleted all profiles and started over from scratch.

The period key stopped working in a month. This was fine because I could turn off the key and ignore it. I woke up this morning to find the lights on the keypad, all lock lights (caps lock, num lock, and macro recording), pause, page up, page down, and the left key are all oddly messy. Pause and 1 can only display pink. Page up/down, num lock, delete/period, enter, +, -, 3, 4, 7, and left can only display white. 0, 2, 5, and / can only show purple. 6, 9, and * can only display blue. And finally the period key that isn't on the keypad can only display yellow, red, and green. This is the second chroma item I have had destroy itself over night. For a $170 keyboard they should spend more time on quality and less on display. I would not say don't buy Razer products, just don't buy this keyboard.

Once I bought it I was skeptical because of the noise it made, but once I got used t the sound it wasn't bad and works really well!

This keyboard is top-line! It not only provides the functionality but it also has one of the coolest light arrays. Fun to use!

I like this keyboard i use it for daily use and gaming it like the RGB lights and the sound of the mechanical switches!

This keyboard feels like a commodore 64. It's heavy and clicky. Great for gaming, just be ready for the clicks!

Just to Start I own 3 Razer keyboards and 6 Razer mice so you may say I'm kind of a Razer fan, BUT, after a long reviews of the Black Widow Chroma I decided to spend the outrageous bucks and get one .. I plugged it in dloaded the software, set up up to my liking went to my facebook page and started to answer mail, then I found although the keys were all lit up the D key did not work along with the T and N keys !! I did everything I could possibly do and nothing ... I really think Razer should work on their QUALITY CONTROL a little more.... Took the Widow back the next day and went for the Logitec Orion Spark which it simply AWESOME

I was very excited about this brand and bought all chroma products. Black widow Keyboard. Naga Mouse and Kraken headset. The shift, control, and 2 macro keys to the left of them stopped working. The light worked but the function itself didn't work. I traded it for the same keyboard. And again after 60 days the same thing happened. I ended up changing to the Logitech G510S and i am much happier. The headset also hurts your ears. YOUR EARS ARE NOT ROUND!

Broke within a month. Some keys don't work at all now. Buy a different brand.
