I love how this keyboard feels, but I'm sorry. Razer Synapse is god awful. Just stay away from Razer if they continue with the pathing that Razer Synapse is going with.

IT is good for a Keyboard for travel. HOWEVER, for everyday use it is much much much too small.

Had the keyboard for two weeks before the left shift key began squeaking. Contacted Razer and had to send the keyboard back. So went a month and a half before Razer finally gave me Razerzone credit to get a new one.

I wish I could give zero stars. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Twice I ordered this item. Twice they sent the one with yellow switches! I don’t understand are they expecting everyone to just accept what they got and move on! Never again from WORSTBUY

Im not sure if it is hard use or low quality, but razer products don't seem to be lasting as long as the other brands these days.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my grandson, so I haven't used it. My grandson did start using it early next morning, and has had no complaints.

Don't bother. Not worth $70, let alone $140.

TL;DR: poorly built for the price. feels cheap and requires surprisingly demanding software to work properly. PROS: The software IS easy to use, even if I hate it. (c'mon, making me log in so my keyboard can light up?! Plus, windows says it is causing the biggest load at boot-time.) Braided, removable USB cable with Velcro wrap. Fairly heavy, with lots of rubber feet so it won't slide around. RGB is nice to have (but don't expect auto-mapping like Logitech stuff does. shame their hardware is so bad!) deck is actually surprisingly stiff. CONS: The included wrist rest is so cheap and flimsy it brings the whole keyboard down. If you use WASD keys the spot where your wrist hits will be flat after an hour. minimal effort is required to twist or bend this thing. Speaking of the wrist rest... this keyboard basically requires it. it's so tall that without something to raise your wrists you will have carpal tunnel within a week. The Fn key doesn't light up. (WHY?! Is mine defective? I don't know, because razer support has been impossible to reach.) Mini-USB connector. not micro, not usb-c. fragile, falls-out-constantly mini. It may have long been the standard for usb keyboards, but even the Chinese brands are starting to use micro USB or even usb-c. Wobbly key switches. Personal opinion: the springs are much too light, especially for a short-keystroke, linear keyswitch like the razer yellow. You will walk off of many ledges without even realizing the button is being pushed. I die from jumping out of moving vehicles in PUBG constantly with this thing because the spring is light enough that grazing the side of the F key while pressing D to turn right activates it. Thin, cheap keycap material. You know how old keyboards can get that shiny look? They saved you a couple years and put it on at the factory! Feels gross from the start and you never get used to it. Very sharp, uncomfortable keycap profile makes it painful to use for extended sessions. Uses Synapse software that requires signing up for (and staying signed into) an account. especially noticeable when using pinky to hold shift to run. windows reports it as the biggest thing slowing down my boots. plus in the 3 weeks I've had this keyboard, there have been just as many updates, during which, my keyboard stops working! Has NO on-board memory-- defaults to spectrum mode when software is closed or plugged into different computer. Some keys "ping" when pressed. Bottoming out makes it SO much louder. and you will bottom out... remember what I said earlier about the springs being too light? disabling the windows key lights up a bright white LED at the top of the keyboard. key switches feel kind of gritty.
