Comparing it to the first one, the Blackwidow Choma v2 has more blackliting, and a smallet and sleeker design, and with mechanical keys its great for anyone

I bought this keyboard for my partner who is also a computational scientist. We work all the time on the computer, and the keyboard is essential to our work. Keys are really responsive, reduces tiredness and fatigue from writing all day; typos are reduced as well. Support in Linux and Windows is exceptional.

I bought and returned this within 24 hours. I bought for Xbox to play fortnite. It worked good, no problems which is why it gets 5 stars. I just haven’t played pc games in the past so trying to jump into fortnite a year later wasn’t going to happen for me. I’ll stick to controller.

This keyboard is something that any big time gamer should have, whether it's a MOBA where the mechanical keys can the make the difference between life and death or playing an mmorpg and you want hear that beautiful click, doesn't matter what it is this keyboard is what the pros use (there's a reason they use it)

Love this keyboard. Does have some buttons on the left that will take you getting used to but once you do this keyboard rocks. Anything you do on it gaming typing feels amazing and with RGB lighting you can figure it with so many options. If you're a gamer you need this keyboard go out and get it

I really liked the aesthetics of this product and the ease of use. It may be a little heavy for some but you won't be moving this thing around after you set it up and it helps so that it doesn't move while you're gaming. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality keyboard.

I bought this keyboard on Cyber Monday when it was around $80. it's got a nice weight to it and the keys are great. If you don't like 'clicky' key's then I wouldn't recommend any mechanical keyboard. I use this mostly for gaming and it's great. Would buy again.

Mechanical keys are loud but you know when you push them. It automatically changes colors based on games you play. Great feature.

This thing is awesome and an improvement over v1. The new fire effect looks great. I wish there were more chroma enabled games.

This keyboard comes with a lot of great customizable options as far as the look/feel of it goes. The keys have great spacing and a natural feel to them. You intuitively know which buttons have been pressed which makes it great for gaming.

I have Logitech G910, Corsair Repidfire RGB, and this keyboard. For gaming, corsair is simply the best due to it's fast response time. Razer is more a comfortable solution of above all where as G910 has more functionality. The choice is yours.

It is very nice keyboard with RGB lights the only con is the keyboard made out of plastic.
