Okay keyboard. Razer customer support is BAD

Razer support is sucks. after a month of purchase I realized my volume scroll button is laggy. I contacted support about this issue. They made me record and redo the video a couple of times so they can see the serial number, keyboard and the problem in one video. I recorded couple of videos for them, they didn't like it and I was so tired explaining the problem to customer support so I decided to leave it as it is. Just don't use that button.

Wonderful keyboard not so simple instructions

I have knowledge in computers (been building many of my own since 1990) but the instructions to get the most out of the keyboard are less than plain. Have worked through many but if I was a new user wanting all the wonderful features that it offers, I would find it difficult. It will just plug and play well, but accessing the extra features is not simple and the instructions are not simple either. That is the only reason not Five Stars!!
