Got this as a an open box. The keys are raised in the older style of keyboard with noticeable depressions in the surfaces. The keys are not recessed in the keyboard so cleaning should be really easy. The color changing is a nice feature and gives a lot of options. The only downside to this keyboard is has very audible clicking on key press. Loud enough to be picked up on phone calls. I have not tried the wrist rest, it does just sit next to the keyboard and does not attach.

I got this as a replacement for a coolermaster masterkeys pro M after sneezing coffee on it. I'm not sure what kind of switches either of them have but I will say it seems to have slightly more initial resistance is more clicky than my original, which is great because when putting in passwords I'd accidentally hit in between keys and register both. I'm also liking the dedicated directional keys and the extra dial for audio or brightness.

Disappointed. Key lighting defective. Updating software did not fix issue.

Complete Garbage, Keeps disconnecting and reconnecting, does it on multiple computers. Stay away from this

Item numeric pad doesn’t work even in you press num lock key.

The switches sound and feel so satisfying, I’ve had no problems with this keyboard since getting it about a week or two ago! I’ve actually been looking forward to getting a Razer Blackwidow Keyboard for YEARS and I promise it measures up and exceeds expectations, from an avid streamer!

This keyboard is exactly what I expected it to be! The keys are really nice, and make a beautiful clicking sound that makes it feel almost like a typewriter. The keys are textured, which I love because smooth keys always give me an oily feeling, even when they're not. I'm really grateful that this works with the Razer Synapse app as well, I created my own custom lighting scheme and it's one of the coolest things that I have seen in a keyboard. My only criticisms for this keyboard is that it does not have a headphone jack or usb port, although it never said that it did, and it isn't necessary. There is also a little roller in the upper right of the keyboard to adjust volume, but it is kind of hard to get to behind the tall numpad keys. Something I found out though, is that you can still use Fn+F2/F3 to lower/raise the volume respectively, and F1 to mute. So all in all, I am really happy with this purchase. Sorry for rambling.

This keyboard is really nice, the software that comes with it is very easy to use and it feels and sounds super nice. The keys are raised so it is very easy to clean aswell. Overall I do not regret purchasing it at all.

I love my new keyboard. It is so satisfying to hear the clicky clack of the mechanical keys when i type. Very substantial keyboard.

The textured keys feel amazing and give you a better feeling when gaming/typing. The keys are also very responsive and reactive. It looks and feels amazing it’s an overall 10/10 for me and I would recommend.

Its a great keyboard gifted to my sister and she's been very happy gaming and doing her college courses! and its been more than 3 years still in good condition.

I'm going to give it 5 stars. I will say, and it's just the silly me looking for perfection (no such thing), the spacebar is off by a hair on the right. It is not perfectly balanced. I could be wrong. My old eyes deceiving me and all, but it appears, by a hair, that it is higher on the right than on the left. As for loud, I don't care. I want to hear the keyboard because it is mechanical. I have read where the spacebar is supposedly loud. And again, okay. There is a big argument about the wrist rest not being magnetic and no cushion. All true. But that is subjective. As with any new product, you will get used to it. The lighting is not as bright as it is claimed to be in reviews online. Stop listening to reviews. As with anything in life, you have to try it. Overall for me, and I am not a gamer, thankfully, this thing is solid and feels great to type on. The keys having a texture-like feel to them make it so that you won't see any oils from your fingers. I got the thing, with tax, for less than 100 bucks. Come on.

Great looking keyboard, good quality, RGB Colors are nice and they keyboard functions well. I had purchased this for my office and used for a couple weeks. It is loud and clicky sounding and folks would tell me they could hear me typing from down the hall. I ended up giving it to my son, he luvs it and is uses for gaming. I went back to my Razer Chroma...

I will start with the fact that I am not a gamer, so this keyboard isn’t used for “it’s intended purpose”, having said that I have found that it is a great keyboard, I work in IT and having a keyboard that is comfortable to type on is very necessary! I like that you can change the color and it has a cool feature that responds to audio..

I love this keyboard so much. The sound and look is amazing!!
