The keyboard is nice, but this review is more about Customer Service. I ordered a "new" keyboard online. I picked it up via the curbside service. I get home and realize the keyboard is not in NEW condition. The box was not sealed, the keyboard was dusty, and the feet were dirty. I was very disappointed in Best Buy for this lack of profesionalism. I didn't buy open-box, nor refurbished...this was for a new keyboard. I returned the used keyboard and am going to be leary of any future purchases from this Best Buy...Gateway Blvd, in El Paso.

Keyboard looks better than I thought it would be..

Completely disappointed. I had it swapped out and still keys wont work, wirelesd wont work, slow reponse times.

I've had this keyboard for almost a year and it did check all the boxes of a good all-around keyboard until recent months. About 3-4 months ago, i've run into problems with the keys double typing constantly with seemingly no fix for the issue. It's got to the point where almost every word has a double-typed letter, which has killed any sort of productivity with the keyboard. Safe to say i'm in the market again for a non-Razer keyboard

Nice colors and attractive keyboard, too small for me, I decided to go with a full size version, also rather thick.

I bought The Razer blackwidow mini v3 Hyperspeed because about 6 months previously I had bought the Razer Orochi v2 strike edition mouse. The mouse was awesome in every way possible. It was my first wireless mouse and it was great. Because I loved this mouse so much I decided to buy a Razer wireless keyboard. This keyboard worked great for a month or so then started to have issues with the Hyperspeed and Bluetooth connectivity. It was now unusable in these modes. I got in contact with Razer and they sent me a new keyboard. Unfortunately the new keyboard has the same issues as the one I sent in. So recently I updated the program that Razer products use called Synapse and then the issues of connectivity started with the mouse. The mouse is now unusable in 2.4 wireless mode making it useless for gaming which is why I bought it. It stutters and freezes every second. So basicly I have around $200 worth of Razer products that don't work. I've been in contact with them they are now just asking me the same questions over and over again asking for information that I have already provided multiple times. Don't do this to your self buy something else.

Purchased their keyboard to use with my Xbox series x. Unfortunately I could not link the two via Bluetooth, so I has to use the wireless USB connection. They found out that there was no app I could download and modify the RGB LIGHTING, like I could with my Razer headset. It’s nice, but they really need to fix it to work with the Xbox series X through Bluetooth and have an app that allow me to modify the lighting effects I want to use.

This is a really nice keyboard with great build quality. The switches feel a lot like my cherry red, but with less travel. Setup was very quick and easy. It automatically booted the razer software. The reason I am giving two stars is that if you enable game mode, the "U" key will be illuminated white no matter what. For me this ruins the aesthetics. It seems there is no way to disable it.

Some of the Keys stopped working accurately and lagged.

bad the switches fell out and i could not type i spent all this money for nothing

Keys felt good but it was too tall. Needs to have a huge palm rest to be comfortable.
