This is the worst keyboard ever. Constantly sticky keys. When I'm running in game, it all the sudden stops me in my tracks for no reason. ( tried multiple games with the same issue). Razer says update the software, and it still horrible. This keyboard is beautiful, and the software and tech are garbage

This is an awful keyboard. It has connection issues, with slow wake up, missed keystrokes all the time, the software is awful and trying to set up a lighting profile was exhausting and ineffectual...Plus the green switches just had too much travel or were too heavy or something but I just could not get typing speed very good. overall this keyboard was not worth the 140 i paid for it let alone it being worth 250 regularly priced...I tried the G915 as well and while much better, still was not great, and the 2nd symbols on the keycaps are not illuminated and are painted one shade lighter in color than the keycaps, so if you are older than 12 or wear glasses, you are not reading the 2nd symbols on the keycaps...so i suggest something else....

Well i must say i am done with buy razer products. i was a razer fan for years. I baught this keyboard and after about a month it started couble clicking on a lot of keys did the firmware update made sure everything was correct still defective. because i didnt get the warranty from best buy. I contacted razer had reciept and everything after about about two weeks of emailing back and forth they finally sent me a email wanting me to send them a video of it double clicking. (Really Razer) Well you can imagine what i told them. nedless to say have a brand new keyboard here thats pretty much a paper weight. Nothing bad on best buy. its razers fault for not warranting there products. so becarefel. Be for warned about razers warranty. Please take note this is not the first issue i have had with trying to get razer to warranty one of there products.

This one can be short and sweet. It has mushy keys that feel right. It can type random letters and for some odd reason when you save a profile to the keyboard memory it doesn't save the color of the keys. Some people like RGB some like just having backlight keys so I set mine to blue or green but if you close the software the keyboard goes into "display" mode and just cycles colors and patterns. For the price everything should be better. I mean everything. Razer is so close to quality. They need to take that one more step. I still can't recommend anything they make over Logitech... But I really wanted to

Ghosting on brand new keyboard. One of the switches is broken, the key keeps ghosting. This has been a problem for me with multiple new Razer keyboards ... really stinks that such an epxensive keyboard would have this type of trival problem. Bestbuy return period so short too. This is the last time I buy Computer stuff from Bestbuy.

So this keyboard had issues with double clicking from day one that got progressively worse. It's now sitting in my closet useless. It still works it just always double clicks the c button and the p button. I don't understand why. I am using a wired $20 keyboard that I have spilled water on twice now and still working normally.

Not working as expected, fonts on keycaps was too bad compared to other keyboards and brand. It was a downgrade for a blackwidow elite.

worked for 2 days before a row of keys died and spamming began so bad I could not even go through online troubleshooting. Razer support was nice but worthless. BestBuy's was even worse. Because I picked up the item in-store, I could not get a replacement online. Colossal waste of time.

The keyboard comes with a fancy LED light, however, the QC is very very very very bad. I replaced them two times and both of them have sticky issues. The first time, the "T" has a problem, and the second one's P and Space have problems.

Forget all the tech bells and whistles. I thing I'm a very young 40 yr old and have found this kb to be the best. Gone thru MANY in my time. You can customize the colors, etc.. if that's your thing I guess it's good. For me, the keyboard itself is very crisp and the default coloring scheme is super cool. Zero complaints. About to by one for my 14 yr old girl. Cons... the software is, for me, over the top, cumbersome and really necessary. Just roll with the defaults and your good.
