    I bought this keyboard from Best Buy just two months ago and am experiencing double letters such as 'ee' or '..' on a single click. Reported this problem to Razer. Razer's customer service is so horrible, it's like as if they're trying to get rid of you. $230 for a keyboard? Don't waste your money on worthless Razer's products. Their customer service is so bad. And, Best Buy is bad too. I cannot bring it back to Best Buy because of their cruel 15 days policy. Best Buy is truly Worst Buy.
