Customers have good things to say about the BlackWidow V4 Pro keyboard quality, its RGB lighting, and the comfortable wrist rest. Many appreciate the key feel, overall comfort, and lighting effects. Some find the price a bit high, and others have concerns about the software, the fact that the switches are not hot-swappable, and the keyboard's full size. However, the optional USB passthrough is a welcome addition for some users.

I like the clacky sound the keys make and the mat supports my wrist really well when typing. Because its a razor product, when connecting the keyboard to my PC, i was able to access razor's software program that lets me customize the LED lights on the keyboard. Razor also let me access their game software that optimizes my PCs stats to get the best gameplay experience. Overall this is a great product especailly since i got the software access and i was able to personalize my keyboard as well.

Bought this to replace a BlackWidow V2 I had that I accidentally dumped a coffee on. Mistake were made. This one is great though. Feels really good to type on. The last one went like 7 years before I ruined it. This will most likely last a long time too. These are on the expensive end of keyboards but they are worth the money.

This keyboard is very great, don't enjoy the 2 cables that need to be plugged in order for this keyboard to function. I especially don't like the customizable keys on the left, since I'm always so used to heading to the far left in order to know what key to press without looking, those keys ruin that. Aside from that, this keyboard is great, awesome material, great arm rest that is magnetic and easily removable. Comes with software that makes customizing the keyboard a breeze. Overall it's a great keyboard, but definitely not the best.

Overall, this keyboard is a big upgrade if you had the first version which I had. USB type. C makes it even better. On Razor synapse you can change the input sensitivity for the keyboard 0.0
They did a good job with the metal exterior of the keyboard
just wish the lighting was a bit more brighter,
I recommend going for the one that has the wrist rest
Also idk if anyone else has this issue but the KB has this disconnect activity issue for the extra USB hub, just my issue

Second BlackWidow Pro that I buy from Razer. Wouldn't use any other keyboards. The mechanical switches work amazingly, and the versatility with the Razer software is unmatched.
