We have an issue that Saleman at Beatbuy lied me about 10% back on what I should receive by Debit visa card but he actually applied for Bestbuy store credit without customer knowing this situation. We are very disappointed at Westbury Bestbuy sales person who lied to us. This need correct by store manager or Bestbuy!!!

Good performance. Keyboard gets heated

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Due to the small profile of the laptop, the thermals are not stellar, but simply buying $30 laptop fan or playing for a couple hours and giving it a quick breather will suffice. Otherwise i/o and performance are great, just be aware it is a micro hdmi port. Also when using the battery saving mode for day to day tasks the battery life is impressive, more than 10 hrs on a full charge(I’ve never tested if you truly do get 19 hours though).
