I love it, it is my first computer that I have bought brand new and geared towards gaming. And found it cheaper at Best Buy a few weeks later and they priced matched as soon as I called. Only thing to do now is upgrade the ssd, happening soon.

Before today, I would've called this laptop perfect. Sure, it runs hot and loud, but that is acceptable for a gaming laptop under load, in my opinion. However, today I noticed my battery had swollen because my trackpad stopped working, and it was raised up from where it should be. A battery that starts to balloon up after 17 months is disappointing. If the battery lasted another year, I would've given it four stars. Another two years, and I would have had no complaints, as 3.5 years would have been a fair life expectancy for a battery.

Great laptop, although it did stop working for me after 1 1/2 years of use, so be careful! Also, Razer doesn’t sell spare parts so be aware of that!

Bought it for my son. Other than not coming with the power cord he loves it. Would have given it 5 stars but I had to purchase the power cord first before I could even try the product.

Very expensive. For the price and name, I would expect this machine to be flawless. Instead, I have had nothing but issues. The biggest and worse is the WiFi connection. For some reason, it is a common issue in this laptop that I did not see in reviews until after I bought it of course. While gaming, the WiFi will cut out and sometimes you need to manually select the router again. It is a huge inconvenience and once in a while requires a restart because it won't pick up any router.

I love this machine, used mainly for music production and some gaming (mainly warzone) it handles multi tracks filled with cpu hogging plugins like a beast. Very happy with it. And the logo lights up, which is awesome.

Very nice! Unboxed plugged it in and suprise suprise it was not packed full of proprietary bundled software. Grabbed a few downloads for my favourite game, couple of updates, and off to another world. Perfect!

Works great, laptop obviously so heating will be a sloght issue. Wpuld recommend a cooling pad or something that elvates the laptop for the fans to get the best airflow.

Wasted my money. I bought the laptop for my son two years ago. Took it to Bestbuy total tech and they were not able to fix it because the company that makes the Razor laptops does not make the parts anymore. I was told it’s the motherboard that is not working. Wasted 1829.96 on a laptop just to last 2 years. Beware of Razor products and what you buy at Bestbuy

was concerned about the battery at first because it wasn't holding a charge very long but after a week, battery began to work fine. now getting 4-5 hours of normal use on battery.

Best Buy salesman asked me if I would be interested in a returned item. He showed us and cleaned the screen and keyboard of any fingerprints said it was in mint condition and he would recommend. We did and were happy with the returned used item.

This is truly the Mac Book Pro of windows laptops, I use this for graphic design and she is fast, fast, Fast. The screen is escellent, no tears or jitters. Crisp clean and bright.

The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable. She offered options and suggestions. She asked for other people’s opinions. We were buying a gaming computer. She also made sure we got a good deal/sale, checked with the outlet store too.
