Beware: this product is a lemon

One of the fans burned out less than two months after purchase. I purchased the extra protection plan, and despite the fact that this product is well within the original warranty, not to mention my extra service plan, Razer is dragging their feet on a repair. They respond to me once a day asking for information that they already have. It feels like they want to keep kicking the can down the road rather than addressing the issue. So now I have a very expensive gaming laptop that I can't use to play games because it will overheat quickly without the fans working. If they don't address my issue quickly, I'm going to pursue action for them selling me a lemon, which is against California law.
