Fast and compact! Does everything I need it to do!

I ran it for about 30 minutes before the heat started to burn through my arm wear it eventually became unbearable !!!! . I think its too thin and they need to fix this !!!!!!

Build quality: Great Benchmarks: subpar for the price. Save yourself the $$$ and get the asus g14, amd is just so much faster.

Not enough memory. But it's awesome for specs. If you purchase you definitely want to get an external hard drive. Runs smoothly, very responsive.

I was getting this to stream and game but it wasn't strong enough. I was having tons of problems with stream and made the games choppy.

We purchased this computer for both on-line school and gaming. Everything about this computer has been great so far except for the computer doesn't recognize its own camera. This has created a big issue for someone who has to use the camera for school.

Keyboard was a little odd, difficult to use. Screen had light bleed blemish so I returned it.

Laptop never sat flat. The laptop runs very hot into the high 90C and it would not sit flat on a flat surface even right out of the box. Build quality was good besides that but the aluminum bottom plate was clearly bent before shipping.

Was disappointing that when receiving the laptop it clearly says MAX-Q. For those who don't know, it performs worse than a regular 2060. Not worth the high price premium when i could get a 2070 for the same price

Absolutely obnoxious fan noise while just browsing the web with maybe 3 tabs open. Gaming took it to a whole different level of fan noise. I thought it was going to blast off to space.

Horrible, After 60 days the monitor just died. Completely not working now. I tried calling Razer support. At first they told me that it was a simple diagnostic adjustment, then after I gave them my Serial Number and they told me I have a 2019 version, I thought I purchased a new 2020 model, total mis-advertising. The 2019 monitor has a defect in the hardware and now I have to send my compute to them for three weeks so they can diagnose and replace the hardware. They have no loaners. How am I suppose to get my work done without a computer for over three weeks. Defect, defect defect, I paid so much only to get a defective unit. Stay away.

Works great for a short amount of time. PC WILL NOT LAST LONG!! Both my friends and I purchased PC around the same time and both laptops died around the same time. Not worth the money just build a PC.

It’s been almost a month since I had it and already having issues. My wifi card isn’t working so now I have to take it to Geek squad and see if they dab fix the issue

This is my second Razer laptop and it has served me well, in fact I’m still using it daily. Razer is synonymous with excellent build quality, great specs and awesome performance. This laptop has performed flawlessly and I would recommend a Razer to anyone looking. I went through 3 other laptops before buying this one as the others (with similar or better specs) just didn’t feel or perform as good as this laptop.

For the 2020 year this Razer was changed and does not have a display or mini display port making VR difficult or not possible. The previous 2019 model did.....

This laptop is over price. You're just buying it for the brand. I return it the same day it got delivered.

Don’t do it! Overhyped brand and low specs with plenty of issues with no support. Bummed me Out, so I returned it

Buyer beware, razer is an awful company. Their products are “so so” quality and they do not honor their warranty. Don’t buy the hype and shop with a brand that values customers. I’ve spent over 2k with razer and will never buy one of their products again.
