buying a open box certified computer is a mistake. they dont install original programs or any drivers to make it function as new. Do not ever buy a geek squad certified anything. its a lie.

A month later after buying this laptop the gpu just stopped working and had to send it to razer. If you’re going to drop this amount of money I’d suggest going with a different brand

Amazing laptop runs awesome and gaming on it is pretty decent but my camera on the laptop stopped working after a year and I haven’t been able to fix it yet. When I researched online about it, it is a common problem with most razor laptops and there is nothing u can do about it, kinda heartbreaking but I love it anyways.

    Great Gaming Laptop.

Bought this laptop 3 weeks before covid shut down everything. So let me say this thing has seen some gaming.... It runs 2077 like a frigging charm, on high settings with raytracing. Plays Overwatch, League, COD Warzone, Apex, all very good. Fan noise is excessive, but if thats what needs to be done for it to work this well then im fine with it. The only problem i have had with it is trying to take out the screws to upgrade it. I have a few strip and was SOL. So i guess its actually my fault. Great Laptop

    Long live mobile gaming!

I purchased a laptop prior to moving overseas thinking it would solve all my issues and still allow me to play all my favorite games. That laptop crapped out after 2 years. As I still needed a laptop to stay mobile, I looked at buying a better laptop hoping for a longer life. Now 5 years later the Razer Blade has never let me down. I play Total War: Warhammer II, The Division 2, Satisfactory on ultra settings still. The 1060 inside easily performs, making the need for an external GPU only necessary for 4K gaming. My 3 downsides to it: cost (but as I am still using, I feel it’s justified now), 3 USB ports (I need more Razer!!!!) and internal memory upgrade (I went with the base line and bought an external SSD for half the price of the same size). Overall I love the laptop and the freedom it has given me. Game on!

I love this laptop. It is a pretty penny let me tell you, now if you are gaming you have to have a outlet nearby, the machine will only last about 2 hours max on battery. Otherwise if you turn off the rgb keyboard I was getting about 7 hours of battery life. Now it charges freaking crazy, I got 25 percent in about 10 mins. It takes a solid hour and a half but it's about fully charged after that. Speakers are wonderful so are the graphics and having 144hz is amazing. Video quality is fanominal

Not only does Razer supply amazing products visually, but the quality and peace of mind that you are given with the purchase of a Razer product is unmatched. Razer is a company that takes magnificent care of their customers and gives them all of the tools to bring a world-class pc gaming experience. I 've had my eye on Razer for a while and now that I have my hands on my own piece of equipment, I can say with utmost certainty that it well more than worth the price.

Excellent gaming computer, okay Battery Life

This computer has a solid backbone allowing me to play a lot of the latest games at high quality. However it comes at a price -- the battery life is a bit on the low side... The good news is -- 1) you dont need to run the computer at full settings each time you use it -- so you can minimize some of the battery issues and 2) if you are running lightly -- you can get away charging the laptop through the thunderbolt3/usb-c jack (vs the power brick). Overall id recommend this laptop as a solid alternative for those who want to game but not be held down by a gaming computer.

I own this exact model of Razer laptop and it has been the worst laptop I have ever owned. I had the motherboard fry within the first year, I sent it to Razer, they sent it back two weeks later without a working Windows Key, so it had to be sent back. Since it was purchased, it has done nothing but overheat, to the point my mousepad is warped out of the case of the laptop and no longer works. All of the screws have been forced out of the case over time, also from heat. This is all while the laptop is sitting on a USB cooling mat full time, running no high end games or graphic settings. When I try to contact support, I am unable to reach a real person who is willing to help me, because my laptop is now out of warranty with all these issues. I can not find a way to even pay to get my laptop repaired by Razer. Steer clear.
