Chose this laptop to take to college with me and I couldn't have chosen a faster laptop. The SSD boots up every application incredibly fast.

Got a lemon and they wont do anything to fix it after one year. It took that long to show problems but holy gee this thing is falling apart. SDD was corrupted, most likely due to the RAM or motherboard being bad because it crashes with memory_management BSOD. I had to replace a battery and a fan too. Not sure if i got a lemon or what but please stay away from this like the plague. after one year of use I need a new laptop.

I bought this thing when covid hit. Im a game dev so i thought this would do the trick. After having it for 6 months, the factory camera and mic do not work. I bought a new camera, the machine doesn't even recognize it. have to do a factory restart for my cam and mic to work for meetings. my controller doesn't work on it either. Maybe its for playing games and not making them- my mistake

This laptop has serious problems. When I first got it windows would crash all the time until an update. The battery is very poor we’re not plugged in. It will last no longer than 35 minutes with nothing running in the background other than maybe Microsoft Word. I wound up getting a replacement because I thought it was an issue but the second unit had the same problem and Best Buy suggested getting a second hard drive. I bought a second hard drive and cleared off half the space and it didn’t improve anything. Now the computer will never shut off. I put it to sleep or shut it down and it will fire back up in five minutes. I really can’t stand this computer and I can’t believe how much money I spent for it.

I purchased this model for my son to play Fortnite at Christmas. The staff said it was 'more than enough power for this game', which could NOT be further from the truth. The thing gets 'so hot' it presents a safety hazard without a cooling pad. Tried to work with Best Buy without 'any success' when it was brand new. They will not help you. A finally talked to several REAL gaming experts and learned that Laptops are not for gaming...especially this one. It finally died tonight and is headed for the garbage. Go buy a standard PC tower and save your house! FYI...We have NZXT and love it.

Imagine buying a laptop for nearly two thousand dollars just for the charger to break after a couple of uses. Can't even blame razer for this one... this one is on me. Foolish mistake on my fault I advice that nobody else make the same decision I did by purchasing this computer.
