Looks awesome but it's how it performs that will impress you. I found it to fit my hand perfectly and it's comfortable for extended gameplay. The many adjustable features available on this should meet any gamers need. First time using it, I felt like I will never want to use anything else. I matched the backlight color to my keyboard's - blue- and it couldn't look better (which was super easy to do BTW). The precision of this device will be very hard to beat at ANY price.

I bought this mouse after using Razer's Black Widow keyboard for about 6 months. I was impressed enough with the quality that when I was in the market for a gaming mouse I looked at Razer first. So far I've really been enjoying this mouse. Setup was super quick and easy and the Synapse software makes tailoring it for yourself a snap. This mouse feels really comfortable in the hand. So far it's been working great and it looks good too.

Razer has many great mice to choose from all of them primarily for gaming and all that. However, even if you are not an avid gamer these mice are honestly the best out there that I have used. Just picked up this mouse for my new laptop and instantly fell in love. Its not too flashy but not too boring either. It's the perfect combo and the design and great quality of this mouse makes it super comfortable as well. I couldn't be happier.

I'm a heavy FPS gamer and this mouse gets the job done. Although, for the price it does seem to lack a "premium" feel to the mouse. Its all plastic build makes it very light weight and easy to handle, but like I said, the price doesn't seem to match it. I do love the feel of the mouse with its matte finish and does feel like a high quality plastic used for the overall finish of the two main buttons. The grips on the side......GENIUS......I've always had trouble with other mice where the finish of the mouse was smooth or glossy and when I would lift I would loose grip. The grip definitely has a good quality to it and the mouse being so light weight it really adds to its feature. I love the simplicity of this mouse and the button placements are spot on. I've had mice that had the forward/back buttons way to far back, but these are right on the spot on my thumb. The software that comes with mouse is simple and easy to understand. Wasn't familiar with it at all, but was able to get a profile made within 5 minutes of just exploring. LEDs.......needs a little work. Love the vibrant colors it emits and viewing angle of the logo with LEDs, but IMO it needs to be a tad bit brighter. At night the colors look gorgeous, but during the day or indoor lighting can take away from everything y'all have put into the light features. I feel like the scroll wheel could definitely use a little more light and would like more options for lighting such as lighting up the forward/back buttons with an outline or even the grip. Also to be able to mix the colors instead of just cycling through the spectrum would be a nice feature as well. Like say if I had the scroll wheel blue and the logo red I'd like the red to bleed into the scroll wheel or vice versa. ENOUGH ABOUT THE LIGHTING. The clickiness of the buttons is a HUGE plus. If you played with the sample BestBuy has out on display it's probably been pressed too many times and the click has been faded, but a new one definitely has a satisfying click. I also love that the two main buttons aren't so "light" meaning you do have to apply some pressure to actually click it, but it's not so heavy that you'll have trouble double clicking if need be. The ergonomics of the mouse fit PERFECTLY into my hand which is another problem I have had with other mice. The Deathadder just fits especially since I palm my mouse. The overall simplicity of this mouse is a huge plus for me. I hate having 10,000 programmable buttons that I won't ever use, of course that is just my opinion for I am mostly an FPS gamer. Lastly, the full customization of the mouse is awesome. A lot of mice have fully customization features, but the software for this mouse, like I said, is easy and fast to set things up.

The store itself could use some improvement. For example, I was told this was the newest version and it is actually NOT the 2013 version, but, since they literally didn't change anything with the "new" version that isn't a huge deal. I also paid more in store than I should have, it was $66 in store but only $55 online which I had to drive back to the store to fix. However, since this is a product review, the product is great! I absolutely love the Chroma series and will soon be upgrading my Deathstalker keyboard to a Blackwidow Chroma also! The mouse has amazing customization options, everything from the millions of color options to the very detailed performance customization's via Razer Synapse. I am always impressed with Razer products and always will be!

Solid mouse, the grippy rubber on the side for the thumb is nice. I have a little bit of a larger hand so it is a bit narrow for me and a bit too light but it is super smooth. The braided cable is super nice too.

I used to have a Death Adder back in the day. It worked for way longer than I could have hoped, and was always amazing. When I bought the last one I owned, I went another direction because I got sucked into gimmicks. That mouse never tracked well, and stopped working in less than a year. I today bought another Death Adder, and never should have strayed. This is the most insanely awesome mouse there is!

Being a competitive gamer on a Mac, the last thing I needed was a bad mouse. I had previously been using a standard Apple Magic mouse, and it was absolutely terrible for gaming. I decided it was time to get a real gaming mouse, and Razer is best in the biz, so i went with them. I did LOTS of research and this ended up being the best choice for me! The ergonomic grip feels excellent on my hand, especially for long periods of time, and the buttons have a very satisfying and accurate click. The Deathadder is the perfect fit for any type of gamer, casual or competitive, and even many popular Twitch Streamers use this mouse. Other than the 16.8 million color customization options for the scroll wheel and mouse, and the amazing fit grip, my favorite part about this mouse is the scroll wheel. It is very smooth and quick to use accurately. In a close second, I also love Razer Synapse. You download it from the web, and it sets up almost instantly. It gives you control to customize a surprising large amount of things like your sensitivity, DPI, and polling rate. It also gives you the ability to change the lighting and keybinding. Additionally, I love the super light USB cable that connects it to your computer. If It happens to run down your desk, It doesn't pull your mouse or affect you at all. I love this mouse and would recommend it to anyone ready for an upgrade. The price is worth it and most importantly, it looks sick.

Pros: - Great Ergonomic feel - Accurate sensor - smooth glide - customization - clicks are nice and crisp and aren't too hard or too easy to click in Cons: - Braided cable. Some prefer a rubber cable - adding onto the braided cable it will be a bit out of shape when you first get the mouse but will straighten out over time - Forces you to use razer synapse (you need it to customize mouse) which some find as bloatware

For the past week I myself have looked for a great mouse for gaming on League of Legends and doing 3D animation. Yes you can use almost any mouse on LoL but, why not have a mouse that really is comfortable to you? I tried every mouse from the Logitech 500 series and the Crosair M95 RGB. I also tried the Nage series mice. Over all i chose the Deathadder for its simplicity and over all feel.

I had an older Razer Death Adder before and then went to a Steel Series mouse but when I recently bought the Chroma I forgot how nice Razer mouses are and with the added features like color change and the added rubber grips on the side its the Death Adder is even better. Also has a quiet mouse click too which is nice to use when the wife is sleeping.

I love this mouse. I have 2 of them. One connected to my desktop computer and i just bought another for for my laptop. The Chroma mouse is awesome. I love how you can personalize the colors of the mouse and how you can import your settings from the cloud so everything was the same and all i had to do was change colors to the profiles.

As a Project Manager and gamer, I needed a mouse with some flexibility to be both a workhorse for long periods of time while also delivering pinpoint accuracy and flexibility. I had a few other "gaming" mice, including ones from Logitech, and Roccat. This one takes the cake. It makes my hand feel comfortable for long, 10+ hour sessions and is great quality. The chroma option of changing colors also makes it a nice talking point. I will be buying a BW Chroma just on the faith that it will be half as great as the Deathadder is.

I'm new to the gaming world, only playing a few online games with a normal mouse. But I thought about something a little better for games like Fallout 4 and Rainbow Six. I looked up some of the better mouses online to see what I could find. And all of them pointed to Razer, so I looked through there stuff to find out it was high-quality and official stuff. So I went to the store to see if I would buy one, and decided to go with the cheaper one for starters. But I was surprised by the fact that this mouse was actually really awesome! My hand fits it perfectly and just flows with it everywhere I move it. This was an epic buy and I totally recommend it to others!

This mouse is amazing for all games. It is working amazing for minecraft and cod and other games. Razor synapse is probably the best thing because you can change the dpi/sensitivity on the fly. I also love the changing colors. It is worth the money and I highly recommend this mouse for sure!

I use this mouse everyday and it has greatly improved my fun and skill when gaming. I have the freedom to customize the chroma lights on the mouse how ever I want, and the buttons on the side can give you an advantage when used right. Some thing I noticed was that the right mouse button feels like it has less of an engagement than the left button. It could be a design flaw, or it could just be my mouse, but it doesn't impact my gaming. In short, this mouse is very good, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their skill.

While a little expensive for my first mouse, I cannot express how impressed I was with this beast. Compared to the $5 wireless mouse I had originally been using, the weight, accuracy, and ergonomics of this mouse are infinitely better than I could have imagined. The ability to program the buttons to whatever I may want (including macros) is unbelievably useful. Not to mention the aesthetic lighting, this mouse has been my best purchase since I have purchased anything computer related.

I have been using deathadder for years, and I have the new one because the older one broke after years of using. the mouse is comfortable while using for different kinds of games, love it, would keep using deathadders.

Looked at many mice for gaming but like the feel of this one. Was not disappointed at all as this is a great gaming mouse that is economically correct and comfortable to use. You will not go wrong by choosing this one.

This is a terrific mouse!!! The customizable lighting is a exciting customizable options. The accuracy of the mouse is unmatchable. The only time the accuracy is not amazing is with a bad mouse pad. 10/10 would recommend.
